Definitely need more help in there hope some people apply for a job here
Very stingy with their topping portions, charge extra for mushrooms & kimchi, the latter is outrageous! No more self serve miso is a huge downfall too. Who wants to kerp adking gor it, not to mention that staff is often busy. Im very disappointed in these policies. Better to raise your prices than charge extra, but these ingredients are not that expensive, so you shoukd not raise prices either! I’m not likely to come back & am likely to tell folks of these problems!
The cashier named Essence is just plain RUDE. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THAT'S WHY I WANTED THE RECEIPT SO HER MANAGER COULD KNOW WHO I'M TALKING ABOUT, SHE WAS HESITANT ABOUT GIVING IT TO ME. THE REST OF THE STAFF FRIENDLY. SHE SHOULD BE IN THE BACK WASHING DISHES AND NOT IN THE FRONT WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS.
