“went to the burger king on denison ave in cleveland at 2 am on a wednsday night and got greeted by a young man name will they seemed a little busy but he was kind and courteous has a winning attitude every time im there he said he is the manager of 3rd shift he made sure my food was fresh and accurate just like i asked from the drive thru window you could tell him and his team are clean the store looked great thank you bk and thank you will i am most certainly coming back to see you“

“This location was excellent not sure of the young lady's name yesterday 9-1-25 that took my daughter's order in the drive thru but she was amazing the kids had the best experience here considering we stopped at Lee and Havard location first that lady was rude the location was filthy also so coming here and getting the treatment we got was amazing“

“I’m pregnant and having a good experience getting food is needed for my sanity. This Burger King is my holy grail. I’m sad when they’re closed on Mondays. The ladies that work at this establishment are always SO sweet, have manners, and make the best Burger King I’ve ever had in my life. I swear it gets better and better everytime my husband and I go. You’d be silly to go to any other BK in the area. (Thank you guys for literally being one of the only fast food establishments that operates right, you’re so appreciated).“

“Great location. I come all the way from the east side to get food Only place that gets my order correct. Food always be hot and taste great. Sometimes I have a wait but I think they do great for the limited staff they have. Workers are always friendly. Best iced coffee at any bk. These negative reviews always get me.
