Went to downtown location today. A worker (don’t know her name, no name tags) just long light brown hair, was exiting the shop as we were entering and shoved through us. My mother said “well, excuse us” and she smartly replied “you’re excused”. The two other girls were fantastic. However, the rude girl was in the back baking area that is visible at front counter.
