The last time I had Mexican food this good I was in Cozumel eating at the home of a local. Everything here tastes incredibly fresh and authentic. Not one thing reminded me of a chain restaurant, this is the real thing. The food is made by people who know how it should taste. On this visit I had a carnitas quesadilla and the meat was tender and tasty, the tortilla perfectly crunchy.

Wasn't sure what to expect. The food was beyond flavorful and great. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The prices were pretty amazing as well definitely on lower end then most Mexican restaurants around. The bold colors and decor was inviting. Saved the best for last....... I've been watching the construction/remodeling of Foesta Vallarta and was waiting anxiously for them to open they've been open now about 3 months or so. And I can honestly say I'm glad I waited to try them.1 the restaurant recently updated their menu and I couldn't resist trying it right away.
