OISHI Cafe offers fresh delicious sushi, with high quality salmon and tuna. The owner is a very kind Korean lady who makes the sushi fresh and has amazing skills to make good rolls. She even made a vegetarian roll not on the menu for one guest. Sushi rolls are excellent, as are the steamed pork dumplings. The complimentary miso soup tastes great and is the best some have had. The wasabi is top-tier. Everything is very fairly priced, with good portion size and fish to rice ratio. The spot is clean, delicious, and well-constructed with quality ingredients. The only thing is the food is not fast, as this is a one-woman business. It is inside the main building, The Asia Town Center to the right. The entrance mapped is closed, but it is open and well worth the adventure.
