“I've only been there twice, but both times the staff was awesome and the food was amazing!!“

“Atmosphere is nostalgic for anyone who had shopped at Cowell & Hubbard jewelers. Menu has a nice variety of vegetarian options. We started with tea, tastefully served & truly delicious. We had butternut squash soup which was superb in and of itself...would've been even better if served with a hearty, ancient grain bread fitting for the menu. We followed with Bulgar salad, Curried beans, Fingerling potatoes & Mushroom tart....all very good. The bread delivered immediately to the table, along with dipping oil was not good...we asked it be taken away. Overly spiced/buttered, not appetizing. We asked for crackers or something plain, but our server said no other options. Staff was young & inexperienced, but willing to learn. Twice one of our party was inaccurately addressed as "sir", when indeed she is female. She was stopped and redirected as she entered the women's restroom. Overall it was a nice experience and we will return again.“

We had Bronwynn our server was absolutely amazing it was very busy but she still attended to all the tables in a timely manner and was absolutely hustling to make sure we had everything we need. Will most definitely be back!“

“This place is a vibe! Great atmosphere, great service (our server was Laura) and the food was amazing. Everything was very good. We had the Churrasco, Steak and Chicken Skewers, and Reina Pepiada. The chimichurri was excellent. The chefs Carlos and Andres crushed this meal. We'll definitely be back!“

“4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

“We went to some kind of secret seller.\nIn the basement , and it was so christmassy , spirits , great decorations , and I like how they honored all their staff by putting their names up with christmas decorations.
Erica was our server and I kept watching her was so impressed with ease.She was able to handle by herself.Fifty people and never showed any fear and was great and fast service.
I also enjoy talking to other personnel that worked at different sections of the brewery and not even at that location. They still came to support the christmas get together.“

“My husband and daughter visited for the 1st time yesterday and I benefited with a box of baked good they brought back! The best cookies and brownies we have gotten yet! I cannot wait to return and try a sandwich! My husband said the sandwiches looked amazing!!!“

“The coffee and service were great, but unfortunately the baked goods were not. My son and I each got a lemon poppyseed scone, and they had a strange taste. They didn't really taste like lemon at all, and I couldn't eat it. We took our order to go or I would have said something. I would go back for the coffee and atmosphere.“

Waitress Mandy was excellent. Really appreciated that we could reserve a table for a regular time rather than specific New Year's Eve seatings and it was no problem to be out of there before their 1 3/4 -2 hour time limit for the special night, even with dessert and apps. Multi-racial clientele and good jazz over the sound system.“

“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

“If I had to pick the top 5 coffees I’ve ever drank in my life I would have never thought that a coffee from MGK’s coffee house would be my #2! The place was such a cute place to stop on our road trip and I was pleasantly surprised but how good the coffee was and the atmosphere of the place!“

We don’t live in Ohio so when we were traveling there for the weekend we knew Good Pizza had to be our first stop & we’re so glad we made it there!“

“We ate at the downtown location last night. I’ve eaten here a few times and I’ve always loved it. This visit was my best to date. We ate at the bar and Khadija (sorry, if misspelled) was our server. She was excellent and very attentive while also respecting our privacy. Also, the chairs at the bar are the comfiest seats my cheeks have ever sat on at a bar! 🤭 Now the food…we had Soul Rolls, which have never let me down yet! Yummmm. Then we shared fried catfish, smothered pork chops, house potatoes, candied yams, and Mac n cheese. Delicious!! 🤌 The quality and quantity for the price cannot be beat.
