I wanted to leave a kind review for Mike at Subway store #12505-0 on Broadview Rd in Cleveland. My husband and I
were out on a date in a part of town we were extremely unfamiliar with, and we needed somewhere safe to park for
about 30–45 minutes. I went inside, introduced myself, and asked if it would be okay to leave our vehicle in their lot for
a short time. Mike was incredibly kind and reassuring. I even offered to make a purchase so he wouldn’t get in trouble

I love Subway. I’ve never had a bad experience at any of them other than they can go a little heavier on the meat because it seem like sometimes you just order a veggie sandwich and Subway is always one of my number ones.
I was at work and did not pack a lunch so I looked for Subway just because I wanted to have some type of protein salad.
The place is easy to find and locate, there are parking space for few cars (free), the line is not long, the menu is clear, the employees were nice and respectful, he asked me few times if I found everything is ok, he was wearing a glove.

The night crew at this Subway location, especially the individual working on May 17, 2024, is noted for their exceptional customer service and sandwich-making skills. The restaurant is one of the cleaner locations and is easy to find, with free parking available for a few cars. Although they do not currently accept coupons or have a public restroom, they offer vegetarian options and can accommodate dietary restrictions. The menu is clear, and the employees are nice and respectful, often checking in with customers. The seating area is small, which may not be ideal for families with children or wheelchair users, but it is wheelchair accessible via a ramp from the parking lot. While the food ingredients are fresh and tasty, some customers have noted that the vegetables sometimes need to be replaced and may not always be cut to the appropriate size for older individuals with dental issues. Overall, it is a standard Subway franchise with a remodeling project in progress, ensuring cleanliness throughout the renovation process. Please note that this location does not accept official Subway coupons.
