“I’ve never had more polarizing experiences at a single location than at this Wendy’s. One of my employees and I visited two Saturdays in a row. The first visit was rough—the cashier got our orders wrong, rolled her eyes repeatedly, and made a few inappropriate comments. Afterward, my colleague said, “I’ve never been more verbally abused while trying to order food.”
Naturally, we expected another bad experience the following week. To our surprise, it was the complete opposite. The cashier this time was incredibly friendly and helpful. She greeted every customer with a smile, consistently used kind terms like “love,” and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. Her attitude completely shifted the experience, and she absolutely deserves recognition—or even a raise.
Honestly, if I were hiring right now, I’d strongly consider offering her a job.“
“I just left there and got 2 baconators meals. This was my second time there. Being in the location that it is i didnt expect it to turn out good. But I was surprised. Workers there were calm and polite. The service was actually pretty fast. And the food tasted like it was supposed to which was amazing. Place was clean also. I will totally come back again. Thank you so much, I really needed some good food right now. And this just made my day.“

“I am in the field a lot for my job. On days when I am out this way, I stop here. The staff are friendly and professional. Service is great. The branch is well managed and employees seem to have great work ethic which in this day and age seems to be in short supply no matter where you go or what you do. I've never had a bad experience here.“
“Wow!! Phenomenal experience. It was clear the staff was busy but, instead of becoming overwhelmed they seemed to channel that energy. The drive thru worker was so friendly and bubbly and I could hear the same kind of interactions happening with the other employees and customers at the dining room counter. “Very good phone service. I was being very annoying to this guy name Shawn for 10 minutes almost because I told him I didn't have a lot of money and he kept his composure and was very patient with me. Shawn is a top tier Wendy's worker in my opinion and should be given.Very good service and very yummy food.“
“Yesterday I went thru the drive thru it was extremely slow the mgr in the window act like she was having a bad day.Told me to pull past the door.When they brought out my food I didn't have any sauce ,any ketchup not one napkin.Then when I went inside to retrieve some I was completely ignored by the mgr and a worker the guy fixing burgers was kind enough to stop and give me some sauce.Oh yeah they were completely ignoring the customers at the counter.Thats sad and Oh yeah when I got home I had the wrong burger.Thankd“
“I was greeted by Elbert II. He was friendly and welcoming. I asked what was on the Son of a Baconator, and he explained it clearly. I ordered a small fry. I thought the $2.79 for a small fry was a little high, but on arrival they were hot, fresh and plentiful. My burger was hot and exactly as described. The dining room was well-lit and very clean. Every table was clean. I will definitely be back! A++++++ for customer service.“
“First time going to this Wendy's since it was remodeled. The inside looks light on furniture for indoor dining. My main concern was how accessible it was. The other side has an accessible entrance but too many bicycle riders leave their bikes in the way of the accessible entrance.“
