“Great dive bar, very welcoming and warm. Covered patio with a heated section! One of the gals made me an amazing margarita for only $3.50! Nice, clean bathroom. Simple, good food too.

“I’ve never had a bad time at Eight and Sand. The food is beyond impressive and it is reasonably priced. You will not catch me missing the $1 wings every Tuesday and the veggie wrap is incredible. Don’t sleep on the weekly food specials they are always a tasty little surprise! Friendly outgoing staff all around, an awesome patio, and a chill vibe inside. It’s my very favorite bar, there isn’t another like it!“

“Love this place, but really? Kitchen closes at 9pm during Ohio State and Notre Dame Championship game that started at 730. It’s 9pm, the house is packed, not an empty seat, not even halftime and the kitchen is closed. And they call themselves the number one place to watch the Buckeyes…kitchen would be opened if I ran this place.“

“First time coming to this 2 in 1 place also Black Owned Ridiculous Eatz. Excellent service. Our waitress was Melissa G. She was very nice and pleasant. The wings was Excellent. We had Buffalo, BBQ, and Hot Garlic (that wasn’t mentioned on the menu, but our waitress told us about it ). Also had the cabbage and collard greens blend. Very good. Had some Cajun fries. They were delicious. Food came out hot. Will definitely be returning.“

“We were in town for a Buckeyes game. Our AirBnb was about two blocks away so this was so convenient. We loved everything about it. The atmosphere as soon as we walked in, we knew we’d love it. The owner greeted us at the door and welcomed us. We had the pizza which was great! The pretzels were also amazing!!! Would definitely recommend!“

“The Crazee Mule is very large comfortable and clean. What I really appreciate about this bar is that they have a decibel meter in view of the band. This really shows that they care about their customers, workers and even the musicians hearing health. Also, you don't have to yell to order.“

“Out with the family for dinner and we basically had to settle for this place because there was no wait time. The inside is basically a dive frat bar with music blaring. We ate outside and while the atmosphere was gross, especially for kids, the food and service were pretty top tier. I wouldn't come back, but the overall experience wasn't bad.“

I had a cheeseburger and fries, it was very good and worth every penny. definitely stop by for a drink or delicious food, friendly folks etc. It's becoming a favorite spot for us and a lot of work went into the kitchen and upgrades etc so dont be afraid to stop in. “First time coming and it was a great experience. Two others and I ate at the hydeout and it was a neat environment. Cool laid back vibes with professional hospitality from Amanda! “I've known about this place for decades, but somehow never ate here until today. This place is a time capsule of how campus used to be many years ago, and I mean that in the best possible way. From the graphics, to the edgy names of the sandwiches, to the absolutely huge portions, everything about this place reminds me of the best parts of my youth. “An oldy but a goodie in Grandview Heights, yes I know it is actually in Columbus. My daughter and I had potato skins which were excellent with cheese and bacon. I had the steak with bourbon sauce and steak fries and both were very good. My daughter had the cheeseburger and she is not a big meat eater but she loved it, I had a few bites and the burger was excellent. The two ladies at the bar and also waitressing had their hands full but provided great service. A few tables were getting their drink on so it made for a lively fun atmosphere.“

“Had such a fun time with the hubby here! Fun atmosphere, the girls were so pretty and had some amazing tricks! I loved Lexi, she was sooo gorgeous & nice! I loved the dancer who asked if it was okay to touch my hubby, even tho of course I didn't care. It was very considerate! Hubby paid 10 for his entry fee but mine was free so that was a nice surprise. Would give a 5 star if they had some more drink selections! For our first all nude experience I was Definitely nervous but it was a great time ?“

“Staff is kind (above&beyond), food tastes great, and a place where you can have a birthday section or just a drink at the bar to watch the game. If you get a section, you can order bottles & food from the menu. My cons would be: Regular drinks will have to be ordered at the bar. Clearing drinks or food in our section wasn't available. I didn't mind clearing, but there wasn't a place to take our plates. There's a trash can by the exit for cups. If you do plan to get a section, make sure to have enough room for your party comfortably. If you dont have enough seating, there may be open seating at the bar for your overflow guest. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would go again.“

“Cody and K’Jon need to be studied in a lab because there’s no way two humans can be this good at their jobs on purpose. From the second I walked in, they were moving like a NASCAR pit crew mixed with customer service ninjas. Every request got handled instantly, with zero attitude, and somehow they still kept it hilarious the whole time.

If management is reading this: I’m not being dramatic when I say Cody and K’Jon are the reason people come back. Give them a raise, give them a promotion, give them a key to the building, I don’t care. If they ever leave, the vibes will drop by 80% and the place will be haunted by disappointed customers forever. Protect these legends at all costs.“

“I went in with my buddy a little after they opened before the CBJ game, so it was empty (kinda like it personally). Bartender was really good and gave great service! He gave a great recommendation for a sauce to try, too! Will definitely come again early like that in the future whether alone (to do the movie cliche to sit alone at the bar lmao) or when I bring friends or family! Tried the Cheese Curd Burger (it was great!) this time, definitely interested trying more of the menu!“
