Unlike other Baskin Robbins this particular place is clean and organized. They workers do clean diligently after customer gets up and leave. Most places just wait till the end of their shift.
There was a younger cashier associate today who took our order and her customer service skills were excellent. Something I have not seen in a long time from the younger generation. I didn’t catch her name but thank you for being so kind.
The icecream is freezer-burnt. I told the guy I didn't want any freezer-burn and he gave it to me anyway. Then he was going to give me more and I said it again. He just stopped filling my cone and handed it to me half empty ( A very loose scoop) the cne was way to stale to eat. My husband ordered a Sundae with no nuts, but the guy put nuts anyway. Also, there aren't 31 flavors, but only 16. I wanted black cherry but they only had standard flavors.. We won't be back
