Dear Chipotle, you’re not screwing me out of my change.
Just left the Chipotle on Sawmill Road after ordering my Burrito with chips and queso. Total came to $10.80. Handed them a $20. They said they couldn’t give me change because of the change shortage. They didn’t have change to give. I took my $20 back and left my food at the register. Looks like I’m going to Caine’s instead. 😡😡😡😡
If there is a next visit, I’ll pay $10.80 in nickels and dimes.
This store gets worse every time I come here. Food is not ready. The workers are rude. Texting on their phones while there’s a line of 6 people. The place is dirty and everyone looks clueless. Where’s the training? Where’s the customer service? The guy ringing people is wipping his nose with his bare hand. I didn’t want to give him my card! Disgraceful!
