Within minutes of ordering "take-and-bake" pizzas for my son with Celiac Disease, the manager called me to tell me they are not available at this location. However, she explained their procedure, including glove changes and dedicated pans, and assured me she would personally oversee our order.

First time ordering from Donatos. Pizza was delicious!!! Pepsi 2 liter was nice and cold. Manager Nicholas went above and beyond to ensure we received our Doordash delivery. We are from out of town, coming to The James. Appreciate his genuine care and hospitality!!! Will definitely order again. THANK YOUU!!! 🙏
