The pizza was okay. Our problem was that we ordered delivery which took nearly an hour because they contract out to doordash, our driver had three deliveries ahead of us so he did the best he could. We could tell he had a warm bag in his car as our pizza wasn't cold but it also wasn't crisp and fresh, it was warm and chewy, less than ideal for thin crust. $80 for food that is just okay just isn't worth it. It's been our mission to always have a Donatos Friday. But now we are trying some different Pizza places, because
it just seems like the delivery is up & down as far as timing/ availability.Our pizza has not been hot the last 5 times. We completely understand because this is a very, very busy Donatos.

My sub were dry they didn't have no Italian dressing on them at all don't go in the evening me and my mom went at 11am it was so good I don't know what happened today on 3/5/2025
