Dunkin' Donuts in Columbus

“Well had to drive around the building 3 times
They were dead with noone inside or out and yet I had to wait at the order board several minutes. No one answered so I drove around to the window and the girl there made me drive back to the order bord to take my order. Then she made my drink which took 5 mins! Seems like no one else was working and she was slower than molasses in January! The 2 drinks tasted right so no complains there bc most dunkins these days can't follow directions! So as mk uch as I hated the unnecessary wait I am glad the drinks tasted right!“

“Great coffee quick service and made recommendations for me since it was my first time there. But please don’t get an extra shot of espresso I feel crazy rn usually Starbucks isn’t strong enough so I get two with my macchiato but with these guys you only need one !“

“Very clean, decent prices, but the best thing was the staff even though they were very busy they still were very kind and accommodating to us my daughter ordered a avocado toast and they accidentally forgot to put it on the order so they gave it to us for free which was very kind. Would definitely recommend to come 😊“

“Extremely great service... however can we teach the people that liquid sugar goes in ice coffee and no one wants to crunch on granulated sugar. Especially when specifically asking for liquid sugar because we know some people haven't figured it out yet😂😂 other than that 5 stars. Quick, friendly ect. But guys.. common, lol.“

“This is a nice Dunkin. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into here and ordered on the mobile app, but my Mastercard gift card didn’t work, so I ordered at the counter instead, which did work. I got a Boston Kreme donut, which tasted good and had quite delicious chocolate frosting on top, and a small decaf iced coffee with lava cake syrup inside. While I didn’t taste much of the lava cake, the coffee was still quite good. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the coffee with no ice inside, but that’s okay. After finishing my drink and donut I left, satisfied either my experience. I gave this Dunkin five stars because it has tasty donuts, refreshing coffee, and plenty of space inside to sit down and get some work done on some comfy seats.

Parking: This Dunkin is next to a parking lot for an apartment complex, so you can briefly park there to pick up your order, but you can’t leave your car there while you eat inside.“

“I'm not sure what all of the negative reviews are about. I visit this Dunkin' almost every day and the service, food, and ambience are always spot on. My order is always consistent and completed in a timely manner. The employees are very polite and helpful as well. They have helped me use the kiosk, use my rewards point, and even helped me when I placed my order at the wrong location.“

“this dunkin on W broad is 100000x better than the other dunkin down the same street (bc they don’t mind keeping their ovens on until they are about to close, unlike the other location who says “our ovens are already off” by 7pm when they don’t close until 9 lol). This dunkin treats customers well & went the extra mile to makeup for the other location. Not to mention the avo toast was so good“

“The floor cleanliness was perfectly acceptable. There were a few crumbs under one of the booths, but this is a donut shop and a few crumbs are well within the realm of cleanliness.Prior reviews of filthy floors must have been properly mitigated by management and staff,“

“They opened up at 5:00 a.m and we went through their drive thru and the guy said they didn't have any donuts ready yet. I wasn't happy... He could tell I was disappointed..The girl explained they were short on help. But they quickly made me two donuts and apologized. OMG... NOTHING LIKE A FRESHLY MADE DONUT... THE DONUTS WERE SO MOIST AND MELTED IN MY MOUTH. Thank you to the staff...“

“On 03/10/2025 @ 5:15 pm I was driving down broad st and my daughter was literally crying for a pink drink. There is no starbucks so I figured I'd pull into dunkins and see if they have a coconut water drink. We'll they did not, she was crying in the backseat and the guy working the window told us to pull up to the window anyways. When I say humanity is still great , it is! This man talked to my daughter and gave her doughnuts !! I was so shocked. After all the crying over a drink she was happy with doughnuts. He had no obligation to do this, he was so kind and literally made my day. I'm so mad at myself for not getting his name, but he said he has a child on the way. This man deserves a raise!! Talk about customer service to the extreme. The kindest most compassionate person so generously making a child's day. I just hope he reads this !! Thank you, thank you, thank you !!“

“I absolutely love the service here! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes me feel right at home. Britney is truly the sweetest, she always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and her kindness never goes unnoticed. The coffee here is hands down the best I’ve ever had rich, smooth, and full of flavor. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into every cup. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great coffee and even better service.“
