Dunkin' Donuts in Columbus

“I should have gotten their name.My son and I went for a walk this morning for my Birthday without planning to stop here (or anywhere for that matter) so I didn't have my wallet. We ordered a plain black coffee and a jelly donut for him. Having not updated my epay on phone to my new card my payment was declined and I felt horrible about it. The person at the counter was adamant that it be on the house even after I promised to come back and pay. Their kindness and generosity made for a great start to a wonderful Birthday.Thank You“

“This is where I go every morning and if you get them when they're real busy you got to have some mercy but quality doesn't change atmosphere doesn't change sometimes service is a little slow and sometimes a drive-through is quicker than going in I guess that's the way that market trend is moving“

“Heather was so friendly and helpful with our large order. Thank you! My parents had coffee and a breakfast bagel and they really enjoyed it. I had an iced macchiato, and as usual, the espresso on top is some of the best around. The boys thought the wireless charger built into the table was interesting.“

“This is a nice Dunkin. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into here and ordered on the mobile app, but my Mastercard gift card didn’t work, so I ordered at the counter instead, which did work. I got a Boston Kreme donut, which tasted good and had quite delicious chocolate frosting on top, and a small decaf iced coffee with lava cake syrup inside. While I didn’t taste much of the lava cake, the coffee was still quite good. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the coffee with no ice inside, but that’s okay. After finishing my drink and donut I left, satisfied either my experience. I gave this Dunkin five stars because it has tasty donuts, refreshing coffee, and plenty of space inside to sit down and get some work done on some comfy seats.

Parking: This Dunkin is next to a parking lot for an apartment complex, so you can briefly park there to pick up your order, but you can’t leave your car there while you eat inside.“

“I ordered a medium vanilla iced coffee it was perfect and they made it exactly how I asked and I ordered two donuts which where amazing the staff was helpful and friendly the maple vanilla cream donut is my absolute favorite I hope they never get rid of it the maple and the cream are the perfect blend for a donut it really goes well together I love that baskin robbins is apart of dunkin donuts too because I can always go back later in the day and get my chocolate milk shake 😋 thank you for my great service and a great experience“

“the employees made my morning so much brighter. they were hilarious. and the drive thru attendant making small talk helped me wake up from the sleep i was still in. it helped my morning pepup. thanks a lot for the amazing laughs. i love the staff here. i’ll be back just for them“

“The floor cleanliness was perfectly acceptable. There were a few crumbs under one of the booths, but this is a donut shop and a few crumbs are well within the realm of cleanliness.Prior reviews of filthy floors must have been properly mitigated by management and staff,“

“Today is a day full of wonderful experiences. Today's trip to Dunkin Doughnuts was great.
I always come here for the avacado toast. When I had it for the first time, it was at Dunkin Doughnut. It was toasted, and the avacado with the seasonings, and tomatoes was just right. It's been awhile since the Avacado toast there was prepared that way until today. Did not have the tomatoes on top, but the way they toasted the bread was just right. The lady at the window, is definitely of high positive energy. (I apologize, I did not get her name) was very welcoming, and made sure that my order was correct, and made me feel that my business is appreciated. Thank you cashier 102. “this dunkin on W broad is 100000x better than the other dunkin down the same street (bc they don’t mind keeping their ovens on until they are about to close, unlike the other location who says “our ovens are already off” by 7pm when they don’t close until 9 lol). This dunkin treats customers well & went the extra mile to makeup for the other location. Not to mention the avo toast was so good“

“The man behind the counter was awesome and did a great job. The prices are about average for donut shops. It would be nice if they had had more selection of their munchkins available (10 of one kind, about 20 of the other. They were missing a few other kinds). I understand it was almost 11a, but I miss the days of donut shops caring what's available.“

“I had an amazing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts thanks to Safia and Qurat! They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to remake a drink that another location had completely messed up.
