Update: I'm happy to revise this edit to 5 stars as I do enjoy Fukuryu, but I will leave my prior issue with their phone service below should anyone else encounter it:* They left an item out of my delivery, never had this with an actual location* The phone number leads you - after QUITE a long time - to an option for issues with online orders. The automation does not work when you use the numerical option* As this is a ghost kitchen, there's no way to get this resolved directly...read full review

I definitely must give credit where credit is due!I ordered the Chicken Ramen, with the Japanese Fried Chicken, Gyoza for the appetizer and three extra side eggs and all of it was incredible.Due to a door dash error, the original order did not get delivered. But after I sent an email about the issue, I got a call from Jason at the facility who personally prepared and delivered the order to me!Great food plus service that’s above and beyond, I definitely will eat here again!!
