I haven’t ordered from here in a long time so I figured I would give it a shot. WRONG... my delivery came after 90 minutes....I called and they said they were busy, the guy I talked to said he just came in and was apologetic and said he would have the manager reach out. I won’t hold my breathe.... it took 90 minutes to get my meal
I had a turkey sub delivered to my work and it was smashed and seemed like all bread. When I complained to corporate,they said since it’s a franchise, that they can’t do anything but forward the complaint to the manager. The manager called me to apologize and let me know my next sub would be free and she said it will be under this phone number in Calling you at. Deliver the right sandwich and then don't be rude when I ask you to correct YOUR mistake... The GM was very RUDE!!! and almost an hour later I'm still waiting to get the correct order....
