“Employee at windows at 10:42 pm very nasty and rude. We were told get of my timer after waiting to pick up order for over 4 minutes. So moved to parking lot waited another 18 minutes to no food brought out but some guy walked up to window and recieved food. I will never go to this lication again. Have always had brand lotalty but this took the cake. 💯trash employee.“

“Haven't been to this location in years due to bad service and poor food quality. I'm so glad I decided to try it again for this family's Sunday dinner. They were busy due to the Hilliard-Rome location being closed last week. The dining room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and didn't mind my request for making me fresh hot wings (I always order 30-40 wings) fresh is always worth the wait. I also ordered an 8 piece bucket original recipe and a dozen biscuits. Everything was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this location again. They made some great improvements with restaffing management and very efficient crew. Keep up the great work, it will definitely pay off.“

“The KFC on east blu Granville road is close to my house, but I don't go there anymore because of bad service.It's always slow.

I get deliveries from this location and havent had a problem. I typically order during the lunch hour so Im not sure if theres a difference in shifts when it comes to orders. Just wanted to give credit to the lunch shift for great service and integrity when it comes to my orders. Thank you and keep up the good work!“

“We went through the drive thru for a late lunch yesterday and the worker was great! He talked us through a couple of options since we don’t go to KFC often. Service was fast and attentive. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the biscuit had a crispy outside and soft inside. The lemonade tasted “weird” so my mom dumped it.“

“Had a great experience today at kfc , I was having a hard time waiting for laundry so I walked in and ordered . The gentleman there was so nice even though his shift just ended he gave me an extra kfc sauce since I’ve never tried it and made sure my order came out hot and ready. I wasn’t a fan of the nuggets with Carolina gold a bit to greasy but the chicken sandwiches never miss“

“Food was good, service was good, but the restaurant was not so well taken care of. The floor needed swept terribly, the bathroom floor was so greasy I about wiped out, and the ceiling has lots of stained spots from previous leaks. The place could use a bit of TLC/cleaning.“
