KFC in Columbus

“Employee at windows at 10:42 pm very nasty and rude. We were told get of my timer after waiting to pick up order for over 4 minutes. So moved to parking lot waited another 18 minutes to no food brought out but some guy walked up to window and recieved food. I will never go to this lication again. Have always had brand lotalty but this took the cake. 💯trash employee.“

“So I don't normally order KFC but last night I was really in the mood so I ordered it on GrubHub and it came from this location. When I say this was the best KFC I have ever had in my 28 years om planet Earth I am not lying! The food came promptly it was delicious, it was hot and I deleted it in less than 10 minutes; it was amazing I'll definitely order again. Keep it up KFC really proud of the service especially getting Fried Chicken delivered that's not easy!“

“The KFC on east blu Granville road is close to my house, but I don't go there anymore because of bad service. It's always slow.
How's that work and decided to go to this location?Lady at the counter was quick to take my order and I received my food quickly.“

“Now this is how KFC is supposed to look and taste! I haven’t been to a KFC for a long time because it was not the same but this location tastes just like the original. Also the lady at the drive thru was very nice! I will be coming here for now on when I need a classic KFC fix.“

“Haven't been to this location in years due to bad service and poor food quality. I'm so glad I decided to try it again for this family's Sunday dinner. They were busy due to the Hilliard-Rome location being closed last week. The dining room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and didn't mind my request for making me fresh hot wings (I always order 30-40 wings) fresh is always worth the wait. I also ordered an 8 piece bucket original recipe and a dozen biscuits. Everything was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this location again. They made some great improvements with restaffing management and very efficient crew. Keep up the great work, it will definitely pay off.“

“Markell Was So Kind And Patient With Me I Am Hard At Hearing , He Didn't Make Me Feel As If I Was Bothering Him When Asking Questions I Will Always Use This Location Just Because Of How Well and patient He Treated Me Well Done Taco Bell !!!!“

“Had a great experience today at kfc , I was having a hard time waiting for laundry so I walked in and ordered . The gentleman there was so nice even though his shift just ended he gave me an extra kfc sauce since I’ve never tried it and made sure my order came out hot and ready. I wasn’t a fan of the nuggets with Carolina gold a bit to greasy but the chicken sandwiches never miss“

“We went through the drive thru for a late lunch yesterday and the worker was great! He talked us through a couple of options since we don’t go to KFC often. Service was fast and attentive. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the biscuit had a crispy outside and soft inside. The lemonade tasted “weird” so my mom dumped it.“

“Great customer service! Google says they don’t close until 11, THEY CLOSE AT 10! Not knowing this, I pulled in the drive thru around 9:50. Staff was very understanding and attentive. My food still came out great. I apologized and made sure to post this!“

“I placed an order and few days back, and I must say their hospitality was fantastic, the atmosphere was very peaceful, and the food was delicious!
My only (very small) complaint was that they didn't give me the correct pieces that I ordered -
I still give them a B+👏🏽🌤“

“Food was good, service was good, but the restaurant was not so well taken care of. The floor needed swept terribly, the bathroom floor was so greasy I about wiped out, and the ceiling has lots of stained spots from previous leaks. The place could use a bit of TLC/cleaning.“
