“The VIBES!! I felt like I was in California while at this bar! The rooftop provides beautiful views and the vibes were great for the 30+ crowd! The drinks were great, with the Halloween themed one being my favorite! The food was okay, but the atmosphere makes up for it! Great for a date night or meet up with a few friends!“

“This restaurant is over the top. We sat in front of the kitchen staff and watched the staff who made our food in real time. I got the shrimp truffle rice, AMAZING!! Everything was amazing. If the restaurant could let me sleep there, then wake up and eat again, I would live there. The staff was so professional and friendly, our a server was Rodney and he knows his job. I would defin be coming back, again and again. Very good spot..“

“Enjoyed my time hanging out with Jeff and Joanne. They were so nice and welcoming. Put a puzzle together with Joanne and had an amazing time talking to Jeff while waiting for my parents flight to get in. Next time I'm heading to Columbus I'm going to stop by.“

“I visited this location on 8/10/2023 to help celebrate my brother's birthday with family and friends! This place is so amazing with friendly employees and a great atmosphere 👏 Although there's no kitchen but a food truck is conveniently located right outside in the back of the building! I must say the chicken and fries were very delicious and nicely seasoned! I also tried the surf tacos..this is a must try!! Drink specials were going on all evening with 1/2 off! If you're looking for a new place to hangout with friends and family in the downtown area, this is definitely the place to be! I'll definitely be back soon! “Oh how could I NOT recommend?! From creative, always changing cocktails and mocktails, I can choose to drink or stay sober EASILY. There are SO MANY fun events here. From painting, poetry, music, karaoke, trivia, ect. It is a bar that can be completely family friendly if you have children. It's like walking into a magical place where you are immediately accepted and loved.“

“Staff is kind (above&beyond), food tastes great, and a place where you can have a birthday section or just a drink at the bar to watch the game. If you get a section, you can order bottles & food from the menu. My cons would be: Regular drinks will have to be ordered at the bar. Clearing drinks or food in our section wasn't available. I didn't mind clearing, but there wasn't a place to take our plates. There's a trash can by the exit for cups. If you do plan to get a section, make sure to have enough room for your party comfortably. If you dont have enough seating, there may be open seating at the bar for your overflow guest. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would go again.“

She welcomed me in, and made me aware of the things to look forward to through the week. I missed the opportunity to see the Tyson fight there, but I'll definitely be back to the 840 Lounge for sure.“

“Delicious and reasonably priced tacos on Tuesday. Laid back chill crowd. Large enough space to social distance from others. Love the rap music played. They also have dessert tacos and peach cobbler cheese cake on Tuesday's. 3 for $10. Get there early because it's until they sell out.“

“Great hang out spot. Millennial mixed crowd vibe. There's a golf simulation I never used. Big chess board that I've never seen anyone play. Pool tables, corn hole, a mini art gallery with African art, small outdoor space. There are a few photo op areas. The food is not good to me. Parking has never been a problem for me.“

“The bar manager (or a man dressed in a suit who should be the bar manager) went above and beyond.

I elected to stay at an AirBnB across the street rather than a hotel attached to the convention center. Sure, you get a unique experience at an AirBnB, but you're not guaranteed to get high quality H2O. No water bottles, RO system, Brita, built-in water dispenser, etc. (Please note: I understand most people aren't opposed to drinking tap water; I'm extremely spoiled with a reverse osmosis water dispenser at home. It's one of my most cherished investments.)

After enjoying several libations and closing my tab, I asked the bar manager-esque man for two cups of water to carry home to my desert of an AirBnB. This wonderful man chuckled, told me I should have stayed at the Hyatt, and asked if I could manage carrying four cups. Here I am, a short walk later and several steps closer to proper hydration.

Sir, I will consider staying at a Hyatt next time. Thank you for your service.

We were seated right away, and our server went above and beyond to accommodate my food restrictions. She was so friendly with my son and made sure we had everything we needed. He absolutely loves dining out, and it was such a pleasant experience. Thanks for a fantastic evening!“

“The Bourbon house is a gem in Columbus that I don’t think many people know about and it has the biggest whiskey collection in Columbus! It is a crafty place with crafty bartenders serving the brightest spirits all year round. Located downtown in a protected historic building called The Buckeye Building it offers enough space for all types of occasions and gatherings. Great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere!“
