Moxy Columbus Short North Reviews
The location and the service was the best part. The room was a little cold literally and figuratively. We needed another blanket or a little bigger one on the bed as the room was a little cold. We had the room with a very small terrace specific for the room. Next time I would get a room without the terrace and use the very nice general terrace and enjoy the view. Asia, at the front desk was absolutely amazing so kind and accommodated us! Would stay here again, just because of her
It is definately a unique hotel set up. Reception is at the second floor and the attendant is the person at the bar. It took me a while to catch that. There should be clear instructions. Iron had sand on it so it did come on to my clothes. Rooms was great and it is a retro style place. I liked staying but they could make it better for the first timers to sign in.

The Moxy Columbus Short North is a hotel with a lively atmosphere, offering a rooftop bar and a restaurant on the ground floor. Located in the vibrant Short North neighborhood, the hotel is surrounded by various bars and eateries. The rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable, though some guests have noted that they are small and lack certain amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, and it is highly walkable. The hotel's staff has been praised for their exceptional service, with guests highlighting the positive and helpful attitudes of the employees.
The hotel's vibe is great, and the service provided is exemplary. However, some guests have found the rooms to be extremely small, with no refrigerator, and the nearby bar playing loud music all night, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel may be better suited for younger travelers in their 20s, as the small rooms and IKEA furniture can feel reminiscent of a college dorm experience.
