Pizza Hut in Columbus

“I gave 4/5 stars because everything was basically good but the prices are too high my mom got a small bowl of pasta that costed almost $15 we though it was going to be bigger. I got a deep dish pizza was disappointed on the way it looked turns out I was in the wrong lol I was expecting the pizza to look like a Detroit style deep dish. The deep dish pizza was correct and the crunch was Devine! I'm not mad about the taste or anything the apple cinnamon pies are delicious as well. It's just the prices that messed me up it to high but I definitely will be going back better than papa johns!
It's a small little establishment the lady who took our order was nice and patient as well! And we got in gave our order and got out quickly as they where also doing online orders definitely a plus as well!“

“This Pizza Hut is close to south campus. The food is always baked freshly about 15min when I order in store. Their pizza is cheap but tastes not impressive. Good thing is that they have personal pizza with a small size. The Alfredo pasta is my favorite with decent creamy sauce and free bread sticks. Service is friendly and WiFi is fast. I used to visit Pizza Hut a lot when I was young. But Pizza Hut in Asian is totally different from that in the United States.

“Decided to try this Pizza Hut on 1/4/25 on West Broad Street since it had been years I've had Pizza Hut. I ordered at the store a large 3 topping pizza and it was delicious. Was told it would be ready in 15 and it was indeed ready on time. The girl who took my order was very nice and the other staff seemed friendly as well. My only complaint was they need to sign closer to the street so people will know exactly where it's located (if you don't know exactly, you will easily drive by it). Quite pleased with my experience was will be back.“

“I recently placed an order close to closing time, which I don't typically do. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. The person who took my order over the phone was accommodating and did not express any frustration about the late order. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Zack, who was friendly, respectful, and never once made me feel bad about the hour. He explained the fryer was warming up for the wings. Zack presented the food and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. I was truly impressed by the A+ service and the overall positive experience. “A Special thanks to the delivery driver for reading my delivery instructions and asking for me by name before handing me the food.I've had my food stolen one to many times by low lifes due to prepaying with my debit card and the delivery driver just leaving my food on the porch or giving it to the first person they see.I hate when they do that,I shouldn't have to go by the atm machine just to grab a few bucks for a pizza later on.But at least when you pay cash you know the food will arrive safely in your hands.I didn't have to worry about that this time.So thanks again,Excellent job !“

“We ordered through the app, and once we arrived to pick up our orders, they're all so hot and freshly made. I love the amount of toppings on each pizza we had, but the fries I'd say, was a little amount than I expected.. Anyway, the garlic sauce is so delicious, and so are the rest of our orders.

“We ordered a pizza and when they delivered it we didn’t hear them call or knock. Chaotic night getting the kid ready for bed. We called back and they came right back out and delivered the pizza. It was our fault we didn’t hear them so we appreciated them coming out a second time for us and the delivery driver was very polite and understanding. Thank you!“

“RON is the ABSOLUTE BEST of all time! Such professionalism and genuine attention to consumers. All faith was lost in this location until we ran into RON. We spent over $56 and our food was A1 quality. Pizzas pippin hot and flavorful in addition to to our bread sticks and sweet treat cinnamon treats. Please uplift RON he is in charge and handling the load exclusively and doing a superb job. I DO NOT give positive reviews often so this man deserves a standing ovation. Give him a raise NOW!“

“Was very skeptical because of the reviews, so I did an afternoon delivery when I thought they’d be less busy. The driver was very communicative & the food showed up on time. It wasn’t the best ,but it wasn’t the worst.They did provide the wrong shaker seasoning, I called & couldn’t get anyone on the phone. But I’d give them another try.“
