“This Pizza Hut is close to south campus. The food is always baked freshly about 15min when I order in store. Their pizza is cheap but tastes not impressive. Good thing is that they have personal pizza with a small size. The Alfredo pasta is my favorite with decent creamy sauce and free bread sticks. Service is friendly and WiFi is fast. I used to visit Pizza Hut a lot when I was young. But Pizza Hut in Asian is totally different from that in the United States.

“I gave 4/5 stars because everything was basically good but the prices are too high my mom got a small bowl of pasta that costed almost $15 we though it was going to be bigger. I got a deep dish pizza was disappointed on the way it looked turns out I was in the wrong lol I was expecting the pizza to look like a Detroit style deep dish. The deep dish pizza was correct and the crunch was Devine! I'm not mad about the taste or anything the apple cinnamon pies are delicious as well. It's just the prices that messed me up it to high but I definitely will be going back better than papa johns!
It's a small little establishment the lady who took our order was nice and patient as well! And we got in gave our order and got out quickly as they where also doing online orders definitely a plus as well!“

“Decided to try this Pizza Hut on 1/4/25 on West Broad Street since it had been years I've had Pizza Hut. I ordered at the store a large 3 topping pizza and it was delicious. Was told it would be ready in 15 and it was indeed ready on time. The girl who took my order was very nice and the other staff seemed friendly as well. My only complaint was they need to sign closer to the street so people will know exactly where it's located (if you don't know exactly, you will easily drive by it). Quite pleased with my experience was will be back.“

“I recently placed an order close to closing time, which I don't typically do. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. The person who took my order over the phone was accommodating and did not express any frustration about the late order. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Zack, who was friendly, respectful, and never once made me feel bad about the hour. He explained the fryer was warming up for the wings. Zack presented the food and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. I was truly impressed by the A+ service and the overall positive experience. “We ordered through the app, and once we arrived to pick up our orders, they're all so hot and freshly made. I love the amount of toppings on each pizza we had, but the fries I'd say, was a little amount than I expected.. Anyway, the garlic sauce is so delicious, and so are the rest of our orders.

“I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and an order of cheese bread. The pizza and breadsticks were the best I have received from any Pizza Hut anywhere. It was fresh and ready to go at the scheduled pick up time and I was waited on in a timely manner. So good!“

“The service was exceptional and then they created the most beautiful Pepperoni and Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza 🍕 I have ever laid eyes on. When I made it home we didn't waste much time before we devoured the Stuffed Crust Beauty. It was not only beautifully prepared, it tasted just as fantastic. We all agreed that it was the best pizza any of us had the privilege of devouring in awhile. “We had been wanting pizza hut for a long time, but didn't want to order from this location because of the negative reviews. There are no other locations close by, so finally we decided to take a chance and ordered online for pickup. Our pizzas were ready on time, cooked correctly, and had the same pizza hut taste we remembered. My only complaint was that I paid extra for the original pan pizza crust and it wasn't as thick (and therefore not as crispy) as it used to be. I thought they had accidentally given me the hand tossed crust. It still tasted good, but because I thought it wasn't what we ordered, I called and asked to speak with the manager. The guy the answered the phone was nice when I asked to speak with the manager and then she got on the phone quickly. The location is under completely new manager and the current manager, Ciara, provided really good customer service. She actually made the pizzas, so she knew they were the original pan pizza, yet she was still very nice about it and even gave us a store credit. I guess the corporation must have cut back on the amount of dough in the original pan pizzas, so they aren't as thick anymore, but that's not this locations fault. They did everything right here, so if you want pizza hut pizza, it's definitely fine to order from here, we definitely will again. To the corporation- please make your original pan pizza the same as it used to be. It's not worth losing full customer orders to save a tiny amount by cutting your dough.“
