Ordered online for the first time ever. Got 2 bowls, and they made my wife’s order okay, but completely screwed my order up. They literally just built the same bowl my wife got twice and didn’t bother building my bowl correctly. I had Hawaiian tuna and salmon and I ended up with shrimp. On top of this when I go to call them to notify them of this, you can’t get ahold of anyone. Definitely never ordering from here again.
My mother & I received food poisoning from poorly kept raw fish yesterday Friday 4/2/21 around 1pm. We didn’t notice symptoms getting bad until 8+ hours later and into the night. Luckily I didn’t give my 15 mo old daughter any of the tuna & put her through a similar ordeal. I would’ve considered pressing charges. It is now 8:30pm on 4/3/21 and we are still suffering from symptoms of the food poisoning. The employees must not have been trained properly on keeping the raw...read full review
We were unable to dine in because of the virus scare. I should have eaten my Poke Bowl with a Corona. but it was delicious with the mango, pineapple lemonade. lol
