This is the worst Rally's experience I've ever had. When ordering ahead on their app, be careful because if you order a shake at this location it will never have a working shake machine, you have to go through customer service to explain why you need a refund.

Ordering ahead on their app, be careful cause if you ordered a shake and this location never has a working shake machine, you have to sit through customer service to explain why you need all your money back. You won't get your money back until next week, so enjoy that.

Ordered a fish sandwich, fries & a drink, & a rally cheese burger, went through the drive through,that bill was $11 & some change. Got home, didn't get the fish sandwich instead we received 2 dry over cooked rally burgers, fries was over cooked, the only thing that was correct & good was the drink (lemonade).
