“Love this restaurant and use them very frequently for catering. However, I’ve ordered takeout twice now for myself and both times they’ve forgotten 3-4 of the ingredients I ordered. Frustrating when you’re paying for those ingredients and expecting to have them in your bowl.“

“After working with the front and back staff for over a year I get to see how everything is running as far as receiving all the foods and produce in the back I know everything is kept very clean and organized in a busy kitchen with all the preps and cooks working together. I was a bit irritated cause I felt some couple had cut in front but the warm smile and friendliness of the front of house was spectacular. You can tell he enjoys what he does. “Food isn’t always consistent, we live close and stop by often. Yesterday bartender seemed new and talked a lot while trying to make an order but usually good consistent service. But the food was GREAT last night better than normally, ordered a steak it was made medium rare perfectly usually they just make it well done no matter what. Great cook also D is a great bartender“

Where's the: Seasoned spinach-Sigeumchi-namul 시금치나물 Yellow Radish- Danmuji 단무지 (WITHOUT THE HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP!) Burdock root - ueong, 우엉 Stirfried Anchovies-Myeolchi bokkeum, 멸치볶음 Seaweed - Gim-김 Red snapper would work for a protein! Look at black garlic as a soy sauce sub for people with hypertensive issues. Trumpet mushrooms or enoki mushrooms? Lotus root? Water chestnuts? Marin usually has high fructose corn syrup and that's horrific for your health. By the way, Radish kimchi aka. Kkakdugi, 깍두기 is very well liked by non-Koreans and Koreans. You can make panjeon with red lentil batter instead of wheat flour. Rice paper is another good gluten free ingredient. Then you can serve us in house, seated on the floor sitting on cushions, shoes off on a low table in metal bowls, with metal spoons and chopstics and KTrot or soccer playing on a huge flat screen tv. KTrot, think Ms. Trot on Chosun TV, Golden Oldies on KBS, etc. You're making me homesick! Carpe Diem!“

“Been here twice and it looks like a lot of the reviews bringing their score down are from the first week of opening. If you give a restaurant a bad review in their first couple weeks of figuring out the quirks, shame on you!

Food has been solid...ribs are my favorite followed by smoked turkey. Sides have been great as well...bean's with burnt ends and collard greens are my favorite.

Opportunities as always - love to see the wings smoked, not fried. Noise is also something that could be softened.
