This cute little restaurant ( take out only?) is in the Japan market place. I walked in- the staff was very sweet, and helpful. She helped me choosing the sushi rolls to order. I got two rolls for our dinner. Both the sushi rolls were fresh, tasty and with top ingredients. They took almost 25 minutes to get the stuff ready. Good god, this sushi rocks. We ordered for takeout last weekend, had about a 20 minute wait, and can't say enough good things about the rolls that we got. Even the simple cucumber and tomago rolls were delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh and the mouthfeel of everything was on point. I think we've found our sushi place.
