The customer service was fine, nothing to complain about. The technology is SO outdated that half the games don't score you accurately. It's tiresome adjusting every single shot. Our server even told us "Oh the sensors don't always work. You can really only play the virtual games." So about 75% of their games are inaccurate and not based on the physical targets themselves. Very frustrating for how expensive it is. They should update the sensors and balls or remove their games.
