I’ve been to Vegan restaurants all around the U.S. and Europe, and this is one of the absolute best right in Columbus! Chef Chad is just a cool dude. My wife and I got to meet him at VegFest and he couldn’t have been any nicer. We watched his show Top Vegan and because of all of this, we decided to make a trip from Cleveland to Columbus. We are so happy we did and this place lives up to the hype. The Vrunchwrap was delicious and it’s so good we are going to figure out how to recreate it at home. “My Husband & I are so grateful to Woodhouse Vegan for hosting & catering our intimate 40 person wedding in September 2022. My husband and I are both vegan, and found the prospect of finding vegan catering for our small wedding daunting. We were thrilled that Woodhouse, one of the best vegan restaurants in Columbus, was open to not only catering our wedding, but also hosting it! Carla & the entire Woodhouse team made our big day incredible!! They did a fantastic job communicating prior to the wedding- we spoke via email, text, phone, and in person at the Woodhouse space. They answered all of our questions & provided helpful suggestions for how the night should run. On the day of our wedding they were flexible and provided us the stress-free easy going atmosphere we were hoping for. Carla kindly whispered a few things in our ears as the night went on letting us know how the bar tab was doing and to check in prior to serving each course. We had so much fun! The entire Woodhouse team helped us craft a delicious multi-course meal that our vegan and non-vegan guests loved. Their drinks were also fantastic! They happily catered to a few picky eaters on the guest list, as well as provided some non-alcoholic options for our non-drinking guests. The atmosphere was gorgeous, as always, and we were thrilled to use both the patio and indoor space. With 40 guests the space felt lively but not crowded. We even had space to install a small archway in the patio for the ceremony. We’re so grateful to the whole Woodhouse team for all they did to make our dream wedding day come to life!“

“Lavash has been one of my favorite places to eat in Columbus for many years, but today they went above and beyond for me. I made a large order for the parents of a newborn so we could freeze tasty meals for them. The staff read and acted on my order notes about helping to label each meal, and they offered alternative options for items that wouldn’t freeze well when I came to pick up. “We are from Kentucky and were in Columbus for a concert. I’ve always wanted to try a place that has been featured on Triple D, and this was the best decision ever! High Bank exceeded all expectations! We left with a full belly and A bottle of whiskey to remember them by. Food was incredible. Service was incredible. “What would it take to get this in California? I think I referred at least ten new diners here during the week we spent in Columbus, and they all loved it too! Hearty, healthy meals at an accessible price point, delicious as all get out, and almost entirely gluten free! Many of the diners I referred are gluten-free and they all enjoyed their options here. I dined here twice and got the sandwich and the salad, and both were absolutely incredible. The brisket? Melt in your mouth. We even shared lots of our meal with our nine month old baby (baby led weaning), and he also approved wholeheartedly! The service was friendly and professional, and the space was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. “pros and cons. CONS.. If you were to base your visit on first checking out the cleanliness of the bathrooms before you eat, you'd turn around and leave. The men's room in the basement needs so much work and the multiple colonies of gnats was like visiting the basement of college kids from a party and cans and spilled beer have never been cleaned up. Horrible condition. The ladies refused to even look at theirs. Booths are small and tight. Definitely an old building, but it's kind of cool with its history. PROS... Those were some really really good burgers. Wife got the Ali and I got the Old School. Burgers are huge and easily splitable. We tried this after friends suggested the burgers and we were not disappointed. Onion rings were too greasy for us, but the fries and homemade chips were great. Alll and all, it's definitely an option to eat again when in town.“

Second floor is a really nice bar/ lounge area with a few games available. The roof was beautiful and had plants and hang lights everywhere. 10/10 recommend this place.“

“After working with the front and back staff for over a year I get to see how everything is running as far as receiving all the foods and produce in the back I know everything is kept very clean and organized in a busy kitchen with all the preps and cooks working together.
