High Bank exceeded all expectations! We left with a full belly and A bottle of whiskey to remember them by. Food was incredible. Service was incredible. From now on, every trip to Columbus will include a stop at High Bank Distillery!“

“Posted up at Parable Coffee to work on some personal projects on a Saturday for a few hours. First got a loose leaf black tea, and then later a sour beer they had on draft. Both were competitively priced. Loved the staff, and the ambiance is everything! Giving off the big city vibes I've been missing from my last city. I will say it was a surprise they had automatic gratuity, and it was a bit loud because it was busy. I just threw in airpods, and all was well. Next time I'll try a bite to eat. Would recommend simply to check out the interior design and music selection.“

I am constantly dreaming about the deviled eggs and the chocolate cake, you don’t want to miss out! “I can't say enough about our incredible experience tonight at Kona Grill. I just got diagnosed with cancer, had my first chemo last Friday and finally felt well enough to get out. I've loved Kona since the first time I came in 2003 yall. So for me it's one of my favorites. Jacquelyn and Juan could not have made my first outing post chemo/newly bald more memorable. This before they knew I had just experienced a very challenging week. That aside the food was phenomenal, I had the macadamia nut chicken and holy Hannah the dessert! I’ve been to Vegan restaurants all around the U.S. and Europe, and this is one of the absolute best right in Columbus! Chef Chad is just a cool dude. My wife and I got to meet him at VegFest and he couldn’t have been any nicer. We watched his show Top Vegan and because of all of this, we decided to make a trip from Cleveland to Columbus. We are so happy we did and this place lives up to the hype. The Vrunchwrap was delicious and it’s so good we are going to figure out how to recreate it at home. “My Husband & I are so grateful to Woodhouse Vegan for hosting & catering our intimate 40 person wedding in September 2022. My husband and I are both vegan, and found the prospect of finding vegan catering for our small wedding daunting. We were thrilled that Woodhouse, one of the best vegan restaurants in Columbus, was open to not only catering our wedding, but also hosting it! Carla & the entire Woodhouse team made our big day incredible!! They did a fantastic job communicating prior to the wedding- we spoke via email, text, phone, and in person at the Woodhouse space. They answered all of our questions & provided helpful suggestions for how the night should run. On the day of our wedding they were flexible and provided us the stress-free easy going atmosphere we were hoping for. Carla kindly whispered a few things in our ears as the night went on letting us know how the bar tab was doing and to check in prior to serving each course. We had so much fun! The entire Woodhouse team helped us craft a delicious multi-course meal that our vegan and non-vegan guests loved. Their drinks were also fantastic! They happily catered to a few picky eaters on the guest list, as well as provided some non-alcoholic options for our non-drinking guests. The atmosphere was gorgeous, as always, and we were thrilled to use both the patio and indoor space. With 40 guests the space felt lively but not crowded. We even had space to install a small archway in the patio for the ceremony. We’re so grateful to the whole Woodhouse team for all they did to make our dream wedding day come to life!“

“Lavash has been one of my favorite places to eat in Columbus for many years, but today they went above and beyond for me. I made a large order for the parents of a newborn so we could freeze tasty meals for them. The staff read and acted on my order notes about helping to label each meal, and they offered alternative options for items that wouldn’t freeze well when I came to pick up. “Best fast casual type of restaurant you'll find anywhere but at some point there needs to be a conversation about some of the staff at the short north location... almost every time I go I have an experience so odd it feels like I am getting pranked by a hidden camera. If someone were to tell me they're testing AI robots that work off a limited script I would understand, and also feel better about robots taking human facing jobs. Foods still fantastic and won't impact me from going at least once a week but the robo staff experience has happened too many times to not start the conversation about getting some humans back behind the counter slinging the best food in town.“

I was a bit irritated cause I felt some couple had cut in front but the warm smile and friendliness of the front of house was spectacular. You can tell he enjoys what he does. “The selection of food options here is great. There's a little something for everyone. I'm taking a star off not because anyone's service was poor but rather because it's obvious that the rent for tenants is high and therefore the prices of the food need to be high in order to support the rent. Because of this necessity, it does make you feel like you're not really getting your money's worth. Again, that is not the fault of the tenants but rather a reflection of the landlord's service. The atmosphere is loud so it can be difficult to hear conversation. The temperature throughout the building is not consistent either so expect some rooms to be much warmer in the summer than others.“
