Ordered a #1, with a diet Dr. Pepper... Received a #1 with a diet Dr pepper which happened to be flat. They replaced it without an issue.Typical Wendy's and nothing out of the ordenary.
I had a lot going on one day after work and drove off after getting my card and drinks but no food (completely my mistake).I had to finish some work issues but when I called an hour later about the food Trey was super understanding and helpful. I was there January 13 2024 at 734. PM. The positive is the branch had good staff and receptive to customer time. My order took more time. The staff at front was Ezra who gave me free Sundae while waiting. It's nice. But I think this branch should have a regular cleaning staff to keep it clean and tidy all the time.
