Z Taste of Chicago offers disappointing food with orders sometimes mixed up or overcooked. The vendors need to step up their game as the meals are not cooked with passion. Despite being close by, the experience was not up to expectations, lacking authentic Chicago dishes. The fried mushrooms were greasy and chalky, but the chicken was decent. Overall, improvements are needed for this restaurant to be recommended to Chicago natives.
