“I was on my way back home from a long day and I still had a ways to travel to get to where I was going, so I decided stop at this location to to purchase two special order Philly steak subs, when I walked into the shop it was busting with customers but I still didn't have to wait very long, there was a young waitress who's summoned me over to take my order and it didn't take long for me to know that she was a probie, for being new at customer service the new waitress did a excellent job, with all the customers the three waitresses was hustling to keep up with the customers demands, somehow my order got mixed up and I did not realized it until I got my order to the house yes I was somewhat upset knowing I had to travel back to get the right order, when I walk back into the shop The waitresses with a excitedto see me and started apologizing immediately I went above and beyond to make things right, all three waitresses has my five star review“
