12 Best Craft Breweries near Cuyahoga Falls

Missing Mountain Brewing Co. Brewery • $$
2811 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls

“As a party of 2, Missing Mountain is a fantastic spot to catch up, socialize and enjoy a good beer. The variety of drafts Missing Mountain has certainly helps me, someone who doesn’t like IPA. I was able to enjoy their Prince Juice fruit beer and Congratulations, You Did It porter.I also had their food: a Caesar salad and caprese sandwich which were very tasty! Not heavily dressed and the croutons were not hard. Caprese was very melts and had strong basil flavor. Loved it!“

McArthur's Brew House Brewery • $
2721 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls

“I came on a Friday night and there was plenty of seating for our group available. There were not as many beers on the list to choose from as I had hoped (and especially coming after Missing Mountain), but the ones that I tried were good. I had a flight of 4 and especially liked the sour cherry and sour cranberry. It was very cozy on the inside and a good amount of parking. It was not my favorite of the other breweries in the area, but I think it was worth a stop.“

HiHO Brewing Co. Brewery • $$
1707 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls

“This place is great for a group of people to meet up for drinks. The one downside is the food. I always feel like the food takes forever to get. Once you get it though, its great. The drinks are great too...I just wish they had more options for beers. They seem to have a lot of IPAs. The bossy lady is great and my go-to when I go here.“

Ohio Brewing Company Brewery • $$
2250 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls

“Bit of difficulty ordering beer. The scan code menu is out of date. Also, if you use untapped, that is out of date as well. After questioning our server, finally found beers they have on tap. Food was good, ordered the BLT. This is served on sourdough and was tasty. Comes with fries, but I ordered the onion rings, which are $2 extra. Happy hour appetizers are $2 off and draft beers $5. Also, burger specials are $2 off as well. They have music bingo on Thursdays so the place gets a bit noisy. We moved outside so we could talk better. Our server was good and friendly. Beers are good.“

Akronym Brewing Brewery • $$
58 E Market St, Akron - 4.79 miles

“The beer is always great. The Cuban sandwich was incredible… except… if I may be so bold… the yellow mustard is traditional, but the option of spice, honey mustard, any other would have made it the best sandwich in the tri-county area. Thank you!“

Eighty-Three Brewery Brewery • $$
1201 E Market St Suite 110, Akron - 5.58 miles

“Beer, service, and atmosphere were all top marks. I had a something something beer police, which was a great Hazy IPA, very drinkable and easy, then a something something Funky Saison which was VERY good, and surprisingly different from other Saisons. Not overly seasoned with coriander and orange peel (is that right? That seems like I'm confusing a belgian wit with a saison...whatever.) I had pretzel sticks which were fine, but I would try more food when I go back. Cool place in an unexplored (for me) part (east end) of Akron.“

Hoppin' Frog Brewery Brewery • $$

“Alrighty folks. My friend and I tasted this beer at a local pub in Ottawa. After scouring the beer stores, we realized it cannot be bought here. What did we do? ROAD TRIP TO AKRON!We drove down to Akron on a Saturday morning. 510 miles later we were in the tasting room, talking to Fred, the owner. What an awesome man. Had some good chats and he left us with his crew. Now, the crew... Drew, a stellar bartender with some of the best, bar non, customer service I have ever had. He's friendly, very hospitable and all smiles. His cohorts, Tatiana, Madison, Dominique... I can't say anything negative about it! Their professionalism and good up beat attitudes is a rare commodity where I come from. Once again, very happy people. The beer was great. Lots of stouts. Lots of products available for purchase. Shandy's , blonde ales, cask aged beers, kegs... International award winning beers! Great food. Man... I'd write on forever, but I don't think you'd read on, so I'll keep it brief.Fred, you have a banging brew-pub there. Your staff's engagement and attitude is a direct reflection on your leadership. My only regret? Not getting to chat with you more. I'm starting my all grain brewing and really could have used some pointers, to get a rock solid foundation going. That said, we will be back. Most likely in the summer for Shandy days! We will bring our wives. Haha!We love you guys! We hope you enjoyed our coming over as much as we enjoyed going over.I'll be calling soon. I need specs on using the keg I bought (psi and temp) to serve that to my friends in true Hoppin' Frog style.Peace from up north. :)“
