“How is it that this place is less than 10 minutes from me and I’d never been there until today? All I can say about the pretzels is they are AMAZING. The lady handed me my bag of pretzels and they were nice and warm. I couldn’t wait until I got home to eat one, so I ate it one in the car. My first time here but definitely not my last. Your pretzels rock!“

“I recently ordered cupcakes from Ashley's for our wedding, and we can't say enough about them! We placed the order last minute after our original plan wasn't coming together as we envisioned. Theresa was extremely accommodating and even let me come and taste test some flavors when I visited. The cupcakes were delicious, and all of the frosting/fillings were incredible. We had a large variety of flavors, and our guests loved them. We're so thankful to Ashley's for being a part of our special day!“

“Wow. First time eating at Grist. The ambiance is relaxing/chill. The menu selection is on the smaller side....but there's a reason....cause everything they make is outstanding. We started with meatballs. I shared them with the table of 8. Everyone loved them. My wife ordered the Rosemary & Parmesan Focaccia bread...best bread I have ever had! Wife is a bread snob and she loved it. Wife ordered Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. She shared some with me. It was very good. She really liked it. I ordered the Slow Roasted Pork Raviolini. Wow. It was incredible. Wife said it was a lil spicy...but oh...the taste. She loved it as did everyone there...we shared so everyone could taste it. Wife ordered tiramisu. She loved it. I'm not a lover of tiramisu but I liked it. I got a cannoli. It was very good. I also got a chocolate chip cookie. It was great. Grist is definitely a hidden Dayton gem. If you love Italian food...you will love Grist.“

“Those Tots mini donuts are SO goooood.Awesome bread selection- of course. The crock pot seasoning packets ( Pork & Beef are my faves ) Sooooo good.Snacks from JJs, UTZ, Hostess & Little Duchess cookies will satisfy any sweet tooth or need for crunch.I miss the Cinci store.“

“My wife and I recently went gluten free for health reasons. Learned of this place and have tried several of their items. All of them have been amazing! The only thing I might suggest is a light icing or no icing option on the donuts and cupcakes. While it’s VERY good- at times it is a little much. But give this place a try. Everything tastes great and the staff is super nice!!“

“Ordered rhubarb pie and strawberry pie. I didn't order the rhubarb pie for myself but the person that got the rhubarb pie loved it. I ate the strawberry pie and it was so good. The sauce was so delicious and not the store bought sauce you see in the stores. They are constantly busy. Worth the money. Plus they have a punch card for every 12 pies you will get one free.“

“Our school has been using Kona Ice for several years now. We booked them for Friday before spring break and had to make a change due to the rain. Sarah and Molly quickly made some adjustments to their schedule, helped us advertise the change, and still were able to accommodate all of the prepay orders.
