“When I first arrived, my order was not ready. That’s fine! I was early anyways. After waiting about 5 minutes I see it’s still not being prepared. Also fine! They were relatively busy with walk-ins! But after another 5 minutes I was wondering what was going on. Richard immediately noticed I was trying to figure out why my order wasn’t being made. He informed me that they were out of steak when my order was placed but had some on the grill at the time for my order. Once the steak was done cooking, he made sure to continue my order. He had it done in less than a minute. Not only were his customer service skills superb when he was talking to me, but his overall attitude and work ethic made this experience so much better. “We have eaten here several times. The food is always fresh. So many more options than other burrito places for a good price. They do not skimp on the portions either. They have a nice dining area . You can still have a conversation without having to talk over the music. Definitely a hidden gem that shouldn't remain hidden.Parking: Lots of parking available“
“The staff here has always been super helpful and friendly!! Once, when I accidentally ordered a dish with an allergen that my friend couldn't eat, the staff graciously fixed me another bowl to replace it. I wish I knew the name of the girl who helped me with that so I could give her a personal shout out! Love the fresh ingredients and the way you can personalize any menu item. The Hot Head sauce is a bit spicy, but really worth it for the flavor. The fajita veggies are also a good add on for no extra cost if I understand correctly. There seems to be a steady stream of business here when I've stopped in, but I've never had to wait long to get served. Definitely recommend!Dietary restrictions: Hot Heads website has a very user-friendly chart for listing food allergens in the foods they serve. And even on the menu they have Keto bowl and Paleo bowl options.“

“Hot heads is the best. As long as you order in person. If you order online the just throw it together and you get less. But if you go online it's quick, easy, and good portions.
