I ordered on my lunch break and immediately was treated with such a nice, welcome feeling. The smell that came through the window made me impatient lol. It was the best sandwich I have ever ate before. My husband is deployed and I told him when he comes home we will be driving the hour for him to try this place! Absolutely delicious!! We tried this for the first time last night and was extremely happy we gave it a try. We drove from Miamisburg to Kettering to try them out. Our top 3 picks were the fried green tomatoes (tasted just like my grandma used to make), the chicken tenders were extremely juicy and flavorful, and the Medusa chicken sandwich was sooo good (tasted like it had smoked Gouda cheese in the Mac and cheese). My second time eating Chicken Head's and I grabbed the tenders and beignets. The beignets were lightly sweet and airy. The cinnamon butter and syrup together make for a fun combination and add to an already sweet treat. Neither are overly sugary and add a bit of layering to the flavor of the beignets.
