19 minute average drive through wait time over the last 5 visits (12-1:50pm). They will somehow clear your order from the que like you’ve been served. They will sometimes forget your order, and bring out someone else’s order. And then argue that I didn’t order what I ordered. Always keep your receipt with this location! Ice cream machine is always down.
As a younger Canadian male at the time who just ventured off of Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard I was a little shaken. To enter this establishment and see every employee was black. I was now even potentially in shock. And well it was the most welcoming experience and the people straight up loving people. It made me feel a little better after all of it.
