“Great customer service. The wait was not long. Hand hygienes was performed by the staff who made my order that day. A big plus to not have to ask to clean hands or equipement after using on someone's else beverage. Work area clean and uncluttered. Presentation of food was clean and easy to see the signs. The ratio of ice to my beverage was spot on. I enjoyed my visit on this day at this location. The two ladies were great.“

“Starbucks baristas are typically top notch but the ones in harrahs gulf coast are beyond that not only friendly but make incredible drinks my only complaint is that they close at 2 I was pretty upset when I was ready for my second peppermint “

“This is a really nice Starbucks inside of Target. They always have a great collection of cups and mugs for the cup hunters out there. Their staff is extremely friendly too.I recently tried a new drink that has been getting mixed reviews, and the barista made sure that I liked it. When I was kind of "meh" about it, she added some additional flavors and it made it much better!My only complaint, is that they haven't gotten hip to the online/app ordering yet. Otherwise, this is a really nice location!“

“This is my favorite of all local shops. The people are usually always in a great mood, getting the orders out and taking care of the store when they are slower. I have never had to ask for a remake on a drink. I don't mind at all that there is no drive thru. This one is still my pick when in that area.“

My coffee/drink typically ready when I get there, because I use the mobile ordering feature on the Starbucks app. The app is easy to navigate and customizing my chosen drink is a breeze. If I do have to wait for my order, it's not for very long. I see negative reviews regarding wait times. This is a busy location! The employees work hard and are always moving. The employee's are friendly, efficient, and professional. The restaurant is clean and tidy. This place gives me life every morning!!! I appreciate each and every one of these hardworking baristas!

“I come through every Monday thru Friday morning for my normal Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with an extra pump of vanilla.. I can honestly say this is one of the best locations I have been too. While they are always busy at that time, drive thru is always fast to get thru and the service is 100% spot on. Every morning person I have interacted with has been super sweet and friendly! The messages I receive on my cup always puts a smile on my face. I always am nice, polite, friendly as possible , and this morning I can see they notice. 20 plus years in customer service, with 10 plus years as a GM, I would be proud to have this staff. People are always such in a rush now a days and want to jump to taking things out on the people in customer service, and always has their handout as if they are owed something. It takes a special kind of person to handle customer service now a days and I just want to say thank u for the remarkable amazing service I get and I absolutely love the cup messages 🩷🩷 You guys are a Rock⭐!!“
