“I stopped at this Wendy’s today (Friday evening) for a Double stack biggie bag and WOW is all I can say. From the greeting to ordering process to the quality of food. Just wow. My burger was exactly made the way I requested and everything was fresh. I was very pleased with the customer service and food. I made a mistake when placing an order on the app, 100% on my end, but Jerome went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. “Went to pick up a mobile order today after deciding McDonald's was too busy. We were immediately pulled forward off the timer, a sign of being busy for only having one car in front of us. It'd been over 10 minutes when I thought of going inside to ask if everything was okay when a woman opened the door to apologize and communicate with us that they were severely understaffed.
At face value it wasn't a good experience, *however,* I can't tell you how many times I've driven away from a chain food place with ample staffing and low wait times to still not get everything I paid for. Not this time. Everything was there, fresh and good tasting. Even the iced coffee was cold, no hint of it being warm from the pot. They were aware of the situation and communicated it respectfully despite likely being under ludicrous pressure, and I can appreciate that a lot having been in those shoes. I hope the day gets better and that the folks deserving of recognition see this.“

“I stop almost every morning at this location for a Breakfast Backnator. This is by far the best location in Dayton. The lady at the window is so polite and professional and knows good customer service. Whoever is making these sandwiches deserves recognition because they LOOK GOOD, TASTE GREAT they are made professionally and not stingy with the ingredients. I get mine, no egg a lil extra sauce.. it is SLAMMIN GOOD! I realize you have to watch portion control for a good bottom line, but if you’re too stingy you’ll end up with no sales, that’s what most fast food places are going through now. Begging for folks to come back.. They have short changed the public too long.
