“This Wendy's isn't in the greatest of neighborhoods. With that said, when I went in there was a sign stating that they are short staffed and only GrubHub meals were being taken inside. So, I had to get back in the car and order. When I wanted to sit down and eat inside.“

Just went back today just to see if anything has changed after a LONG time. Man, night and day. The service was friendly and on point and the food was fresh. I'm so happy I can start eating at Wendy's again. This was for breakfast, so next test will be a evening visit.“
“When you get home delivery things aren't the same and they're not as good. Eating in when things are freshly made its really good. And home delivery don't always get what you order. It's really good when we eat in better not home delivery“
“I stop almost every morning at this location for a Breakfast Backnator. This is by far the best location in Dayton. The lady at the window is so polite and professional and knows good customer service. Whoever is making these sandwiches deserves recognition because they LOOK GOOD, TASTE GREAT they are made professionally and not stingy with the ingredients. I get mine, no egg a lil extra sauce.. it is SLAMMIN GOOD! I realize you have to watch portion control for a good bottom line, but if you’re too stingy you’ll end up with no sales, that’s what most fast food places are going through now. Begging for folks to come back.. They have short changed the public too long.

“I stopped at this Wendy’s today (Friday evening) for a Double stack biggie bag and WOW is all I can say. From the greeting to ordering process to the quality of food. Just wow. My burger was exactly made the way I requested and everything was fresh. I was very pleased with the customer service and food. It’s been a while since I’ve had a great Wendy’s experience and I have to say this location met all expectations. I’ll be back soon. Thank you 🙂“

“I give it 5 stars due to the fact the lady who brought my order to me was having a bad day. Someone decided to call corporate over them running out of forks. Who does that, but anyway, I made her laugh and she walked back in with a smile. They made my food fresh due to it being a slower day AND my coffee was pipping hot.“
