“I have only two complaints about the whole experience my burgers were dried out and overcooked (burnt) & they forgot my frosty
(birthday) but everything else was amazing . I met the manager , Jodius and he was a great individual. Funny, attentive, and cool. The lemonade is still my fave ! Pineapple mango 😋“
“We dined in. It was typical fast food experience except for the gem of a worker who took our order. This person just made my son’s day, was just so out of the ordinary kind which restored a little bit of faith in humanity for me. The world needs more people like this for sure.“
“I always have an amazing experience at this place. Its not too busy when I come in but the workers are nice and the foods always warm. Only time I've had issues is when I've doordashed but I don't think thats the stores fault.“

“Went to pick up a mobile order today after deciding McDonald's was too busy. We were immediately pulled forward off the timer, a sign of being busy for only having one car in front of us. It'd been over 10 minutes when I thought of going inside to ask if everything was okay when a woman opened the door to apologize and communicate with us that they were severely understaffed.
At face value it wasn't a good experience, *however,* I can't tell you how many times I've driven away from a chain food place with ample staffing and low wait times to still not get everything I paid for. Not this time. Everything was there, fresh and good tasting. Even the iced coffee was cold, no hint of it being warm from the pot. They were aware of the situation and communicated it respectfully despite likely being under ludicrous pressure, and I can appreciate that a lot having been in those shoes. I hope the day gets better and that the folks deserving of recognition see this.“
