We try to always support local when we can, so we pre-ordered the chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. Our card was charged immediately. When we went to pick up our order, they claimed they didn’t have our order and refused to refund or remedy the situation in any way at all. Very disappointed with the situation and the lack of customer service. Previously we loved Winans. I wouldn’t recommend doing any kind of preorder of theirs.
Stopped at Winans while in Dayton on Monday. Decided to enjoy the day walking around the city and found this lovely cafe. The atmosphere, staff, and options were outstanding. I enjoyed the best spiced chai latte I have ever had. If I lived in Dayton, I would be here often. I plan to make this a stop anytime I’m in the area.
If you've never tried winans before .. definitely a must... especially the wurtle frappe ♥️♥️👺
