“Food and service was fantastic. But this store is absolutely dirty. Food on the floors tables are dirty seats are dirty. Only takes a few minutes to come and clean up. Was here for 20 ish minutes and not one person came to wipe anything down“

“Awesome staff serving early morning eats. The dude working there cooked it up proper and the lady in drive thru was very personable and friendly. Taco Bell is also a decent place for a low carb diet but you just need to order sides and mix them together in a bowl - which they have no trouble accommodating here. I would like to see more keto options at Taco Bell but it's decent enough. The staff really shined. I don't know if I should say but I'm always happy when Taco Bell is open late at night and allows one to pick up their food in the drive thru on foot, even though the dining room is closed. I'm a truck driver so you know, late at night you can't always get decent food. But this is a great spot to stop and eat.

Dietary restrictions: If you are on low carb then order 5x sides of meats, 5x lettuce sides, 5x shredded cheese, maybe some sour cream and guac. You have to get creative at Taco Bell if you eat keto but you can deffy eat well here. And the staff at this particular location in Defiance Ohio is friendly, professional and welcoming so it's no problem if you have a strange order.“

“Having been to many Panda Expresses in my life, this location has consistently been by far above and beyond the best one I have been to in my life and my personal favorite thanks to Frank and his team. I felt compelled to write this review after seeing the reviews here for this location and being surprised the average at this time was only 3.7 stars. For reference, although I am Asian, I am not a food connoisseur, and my taste buds lean more towards what I personally call “Americanized” Chinese food rather than full traditional. With that said, I have worked in service oriented industries so I understand quality customer service, and I was very impressed by the quality of service and the food here. The very first time I walked in, the customer service was excellent. The people taking the order welcomed me, and Frank, the manager, personally said enthusiastically, “Sir, if you see anything you want and we are low on it, we will make it fresh for you in just a few minutes!” Sure enough, I ordered something that was low and immediately I saw them start working on cooking the food fresh. Within five minutes my food was ready, fresh, and to me and my personal taste buds, very delicious. I have since repeated several times at this location because I was so impressed. When I went today, the lobby was closed due to unforeseen circumstances, so I ordered through the drive through while it was pouring rain. Frank was actually taking the order, and because the item I ordered was low and had to be freshly made, he informed me there would be just a short wait and asked me to pull to the front. In 5 minutes, Frank came out in the pouring rain to deliver me my food, and he apologized for the delay with a very pleasant demeanor. My food inside the bags was completely dry from the rain as Frank moved very quickly and efficiently and he shielded the bags of food using his arms. Personally, I would much rather wait for my food to be made fresh rather than quickly being served food that had been sitting out for a long time. Here are some photos of the freshly made food from todays pouring rain drive through visit, they may not be the most photogenic since they are in the container but I ate it all and it was, to me, very delicious. The key thing is it all looked and tasted freshly made, which is not something I can say for all other Panda Expresses. I can tell from consistent experiences, that Frank and his team care about your experience. If you have any issue with your order, please kindly let Mr. Frank the manager know. I am confident he will make your experience right. Please be kind to the workers too, as the service industry can be tough on people. Finally, I will say that I was saddened to see the average google reviews for this place are 3.7 stars when I personally felt I had a 5-star experience. But then I remembered a funny thing, there is a viral TikTok trend claiming that 3.5-star Chinese restaurants are the best. I’m sorry my 5-star rating nudges this restaurant away from 3.5 stars, but I truly believe the TikTok claim now. This location is the best Panda Express I have personally experienced, 100% thanks to Frank and his team. I highly recommend Defiance’s Panda Express without reservation.“

“Always check your order before leaving! The few times we've been there, some items were made incorrectly or missing. Staff was very friendly and apologetic, fixed the issue without incident! Will still return because of the kindness of the staff and how quickly they get you through the drive thru!“

“Had a delivery, the food came very quick, delivery driver was very nice, asked me how my night was going and made sure i had everything in my order before leaving. Not sure what his name was but i remember he had a red hat on and he was pretty tall“

“The Subway inside of Walmart takes coupons ✔️?? When you ask for extra topping they give you extra ✔️???? My sandwich was perfect, I told her she needs to go to McDonald's because she knows how to do a sandwich just the way I like it ? ?It is definitely my go to Subway from now on, compared to the other 2 in Defiance. “Super fast service! The food was very fresh. The ladies restroom was completely out of soap and the paper towels were a roll on TOP of the dispenser so if you were short, you could not reach them. This Arby's consistantly plays twangy Country music which gets annoying after awhile.“
