“I’ve been a few times since they opened and l’ve yet to have a bad experience! The ice cream is great, and the few times I’ve went all the staff have been very friendly. Yes, they are new and will take a little time to adjust and get used to everything, but at least they’re pleasant to interact with. I had went to Baskin Robbin’s which is right next door and the staff there was incredibly rude so I left. The service from Coldstone was the exact opposite and the girl serving us did everything right.“

“Was absolutely delicious. The place was such a vibe. The experience was great. I got a chocolate chip cookie and the chocolate chips were melted perfectly and softly. The service was great. The lady helped me pick out what cookie I wanted, but I’m basic so I got a chocolate chip.“
