We came to celebrate our 52nd wedding anniversary, and Manager Nicole and Server Brandon pulled out all the stops to make the afternoon incredible. The food was superb, the atmosphere electric, and they and the rest of the staff were very kind and attentive to our every need. We had expected a good time and quality food, and the chef and his staff exceeded our expectations. Because I had called in the day before and spoken to Nicole, she had prepared the staff as to our reason for coming to Mitchell’s Steakhouse. “This was our first time at Mitchell's Steakhouse. We were celebrating our son's 20th birthday. Mitchell's made it a celebration. As soon as we walked in, the hostess wished our son a happy birthday. There was a note on the table and the menu had his name and 20th birthday on it. Our server Alayna provided excellent customer service. She was attentive and made suggestions regarding the menu. The food was fantastic. Chef Nathan came to the table to wish our son a happy birthday. Dave the general manager stopped by the table as well. They really made it a special time for our son. Again, the food was outstanding!“
