I stopped at this location today to grab some food and I discovered the dining room was closed, I am a truck driver and can’t use the drive through. I called the store and found out they only had 2 people working today and can’t open the lobby. I explained to her that I was a truck driver and asked if I could place an order over the phone and walk up and she told me to come to the door that she would let me in. Not a happy customer asked for 2 fish and got nothing to write home about. Tartersauce was all but almost missing in action and the lettuce was virtually nonexistent. Had to go back to get enough to be able to taste it. I'm a truckdriver and having to turn around is quite costly. Will not go back to this Arby's

Cold fries ?. Sat on the tray for minutes waiting on other food. Unfriendly staff. Why don't all the workers wear hats, & use gloves at the fryer especially when bagging the orders. I work in the industry. I guess we have higher standards ?
