I've sent reviews to corporate, I've left voicemails with the hamilton family, and they just don't care. They know the service is appalling, they know you'll wait 25mins for cold food, they know they don't fill up the fries. Why the franchise hasn't been pulled is beyond me. Look through the reviews, and when you think McDonald's, drive past this one.
Food almost always is stale. Biscuits are old and hard, bread for sandwiches always tastes old. Not sure what has happed to this place.
Never go to Mcdonalds because there drive through is always horrible no matter whereI am. Promised the kids though. Drive through was packed, was gonna leave. Went ahead and stayed. Whatever crew was there, they crushed it. Went through in 15 min as packed as it was. Quite impressed.
