“Saw you on New Day CLE and thought it was nice place to try. Easy to find. Had the full rack ribs and they were plump and tender. Price was reasonable for amount I purchased. Sides were great as well. Service was nice and enjoyable. However, the ribs were a bit salty for our taste. Hope will not be the case on next visit.“

“I went to this LongHorn in Avon at the beginning of the week. I just wanted to relay my appreciation for the manager there and the staff for going out of their way to fix my steak multiple times. I wasn’t judged or given an attitude for my sensory issues and the management was incredibly understanding and apologetic. I think that had been one the best experiences I’ve had where I wasn’t made to feel bad for bringing up that my food wasn’t made correctly. There was some kind of miscommunication but they went out of their way to remedy that and be accommodating and understanding. Thank you for being kind.

Overall a very pleasant experience and very accommodating to those with Autism or other sensory issues. They could use a few table lights though as it was a bit hard to see in the dining room.“
