“Blue sky has always been a great place. My husband and I would come here with our grandpas as teens. Now we come and soon we will bring our son when he is born. Needless to say we’ve tried A LOT from their menu. Prices still rival any place especially with the portion you get. Always great food, good service and even if there was an off day blue sky’s management has always made it right however in my experience we haven’t really had an issue. Today we stopped in for breakfast after our dr app. I got a corned beef hash omelette, hubby got the western skillet and we shared some biscuits and gravy. Waitress was great. Food was hot and delicious as usual. Very happy. We’ve tried a lot of diners in the surrounding areas and blue sky (we decided today) is our favorite local diner. Never disappoints us!“

“Just visited here with my boyfriend tonight and we were the only people in the front dining room! The food was great and very great value. Feel like they are getting screwed because of the construction right there. Would have went past it myself if my boyfriend hasn’t been there before and pointed it out. Very much recommend. My boyfriend and I were served by Jessica. She was the best sever I’ve had since I’ve moved here. She was very attentive, funny and friendly. She made our cinco de mayo date fun! “Service is fast. Food is always hot, but its not always consistent in taste. I generally order EFY, it’s usually under seasoned and the veggies are generally too big. The cabbage is sometimes in huge pieces(like it’s probably 1.5”x1.5”) Sometimes the chicken fried rice has oversized pieces of unseasoned chicken. Idk but taking a few extra minutes to just chop your food so its more appealing would help. The gravy is always good.“
