Chicken Restaurants near Englewood

“They were advertising a$7.99 special of hushpuppy fantasy shrimp w one side and a drink. I purchased a meal without a drink. When I got home to eat my meal, I only had a stale biscuit no hush puppy and peanut size stale shrimp that were hard as rocks. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young man who said he was not responsible for what was on the board. This is false advertising. I was not told of the change. Quite disappointed .“

“We enjoyed a very nice dinner at Lee’s this evening. I had a Buckeye Box (chicken strips and potato wedges) plus a side of coleslaw, everything was fresh and hot. The restaurant was immaculate, all tables were clean, no crumbs or trash on the floor. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

I am leaving this review in part because I witnessed a customer treat the staff horribly this evening. Nothing they did was to her satisfaction, she complained about the prices, complained about the food, called the manager racist when the manager was nothing but polite and helpful. The poor young girl at the counter was visibly shaken by this belligerent customer. I truly believe the woman was just trying to shake them down into giving her free food. People really need to check themselves.

But as far as we were concerned, this Lee’s is on top of their game.“

“I just seen this place on Facebook. So today my granddaughters and I drove all the way for Springfield to try some different things. I got a tenderloin and chicken & fries it ways the best. I’ll drive another 30 minutes to get the same thing. The people were so friendly and the food was so good.“

“The line was long the outside speaker didn't work very well I got soaked trying to place my Order but the food was very good and delicious. I enjoyed my meal yesterday.“

“Decided on Lee's in Trotwood Ohio for dinner last night, and it was the best meal I've had from there this year. David, the manager? prepared my order just as I requested in the app. The chicken-both tenders and wings-were hot and very fresh. The biscuits were soft and fluffy, and the baked beans were in an actual lidded container. The potato salad and skins were also fresh and delicious. David brought my meal up to the registered packed everything carefully including the apple pie and dipping sauces.

Although the requested butter and honey for the biscuits was left out, I still have to rate them a 5. I couldn't be more.plased with the meal and the service received.“

“I just wanted to leave a shout-out for the awesome manager at this Popeyes. Today was my son’s birthday, and we were getting everything ready because my kids were actually heading out for the weekend. Unfortunately, his meal got left out of our order. After trying to call and not getting through, I went back a little frustrated. But the manager really came through. He fixed the order right away, threw in some extra goodies, and made sure everything was perfect. He was super professional and really turned the situation around, which meant a lot since we were trying to make the day special before the kids left.

We always talk about the complaints, but it’s just as important to give props when someone does it right. Thanks again to the team here for making it a smooth experience!“
