“This location was amazing tonight even though they was busy and it was a bit crowded the service was excellent the food was really good and fast our server stayed on top of things and I noticed all of the servers were on top of things with the tables with refills and making sure everything was a great experience. I got this stuffed chicken marsala and my boyfriend got the breaded shrimp with breaded onions and breaded green bell peppers it was right next to the appetizers and it was really good and I know that because I tried his food LOL my son got the pizza with french fries and he was happy with the pizza it was really cheesy in the portion was excellent for the kids menu and a great price at that“

“I wasn't sure where to pick up my order I ordered in advance and when I walked in I asked the woman at the counter and she seemed disgusted and annoyed by the fact that I wasn't sure that the food was sitting on a shelf behind me it was my first time there I was I supposed to know. And then was even more disgusted by the fact that I didn't know where to fill my cup up with the drink that I had ordered. “The only reason that I even come to this particular Panera Bread is because of Miss Kathy and Anthony the assistant manager (I come for coffee after working 3rd shift at the hospital on the weekends).Miss Kathy and Anthony are the bomb💣....their customer ❤service is next to none. But today the manager on duty, let a dog come in here and be in the restaurant she told me there was nothing she could do about the dog being here in the restaurant. I even called 911. The dog ran around the fireplace. the woman said that he was a service dog and that he wasn't hurting anything (but his hair flying around the restaurant!!!!!!)but service dogs don't run around the restaurant. They sit in one place next to the owner.I love dogs but not dog hair in my food!!! LEAVE THE DOG OUTSIDE!“
