“I'm a watcher and having gone here more than a few times, I've seen the staff are very hospitable. They treat each and every person with respect and compassion, even the mentally ill. They make sure everyone who walks in the door feels welcome. More than likely you come here to eat and that's exactly what you're going to get, lots of it as much as you can take in. “Wanted to take a lil moment to give a shoutout to the Silver Ladle employees <3 the food is really good but what keeps me coming back on my lunch break is the staff. They are all so so kind, especially the two lovely ladies who normally work register/food hand-off. They remember my name and my go-to orders, and always take the time to ask me about my day with genuine interest, even if they are busy, and while still maintaining efficiency. 10/10 service experience every time !!“

“When we arrived we were accidentally seated in a dead area. We waited probably 10 minutes or so when Jade came over to take care of us. Folks, she is a keeper. I'd come back and wait 10 minutes again if she was going to be our server. Take care of her, give her a raise, heck, give her stock shares. She's worth it. Good staff will fix any issue, any time.“

“Celebrated my son, 61st birthday, just he and I food was great. The service was wonderful. We had a great seating area. Are waitress was Gaia and most beautiful. She took pleasure in serving us and was very attentive as were other staff people. Highly recommend thia restaurant.“

“This is a great place to get authentic Chinese food the staff is actually from China so they cook really good food and it's not overprised.. I have actually been coming here for years it's a good little spot and if you wanna sit and eat it's usually not that crowded they mainly do take out and drive-through.“

“i haven’t gone to a panera bread in almost a year due to a bad experience, but i decided to check this one out on a rainy day and i will say— it was absolutely wonderful. clean, friendly staff, the food tasted fresh & really tasty. lots of cozy seating, with cozy fireplaces ablaze. received a nice discount i wasn’t aware of. i will return to this location!“

“I've personally been coming here for years. That have really good food, especially the crab raggoon. Best rice you can find in the state. I would give them 5 stars all the way across, but they definitely can work on their cleaning and their pickup area other than that. Good people, good atmosphere, peaceful location.“

“One of the nicest Paneras I've been to! It’s very quiet and peaceful. My friends and I look forward to meeting here to study every week. I love all the windows and the natural lighting. The servers are always so cheerful and kind. The menu is really personalized for the customers. I chose to get avocado toast on a different bread with an egg white, and they were totally fine with that. I would definitely recommend checking this place out to my friends.“

“Robert At the Cold spring Panera in highland heights is the best. he always has a big smile and looks so glad to see his customers come in. I really appreciate him and look forward to seeing him when my husband and I come in in the mornings. him and a cinnamon crunch bagel really makes a good morning.“

“Sadly disappointed. Have always loved Panera. Never had an issue before. Used app & only had 1 drink when picked up order. Could not get anyone's attention. They were all (3 or 4) standing on other end in prepping area chit chatting (a bit loudly). But I was visible at counter. And 1 guy walked past me more than once while I was standing at counter & would not make eye contact.“
