“I'm a watcher and having gone here more than a few times, I've seen the staff are very hospitable. They treat each and every person with respect and compassion, even the mentally ill. They make sure everyone who walks in the door feels welcome. More than likely you come here to eat and that's exactly what you're going to get, lots of it as much as you can take in. A great community resource.“

“The server Shay was new..her 1st day. We thought she was the trainer..She was extremely knowledgeable for her 1st day. Shawn..her trainer said she wouldn't need all 4 days of following him..we agreed...pleasent atmosphere and the bathroom was clean“

“Wanted to take a lil moment to give a shoutout to the Silver Ladle employees <3 the food is really good but what keeps me coming back on my lunch break is the staff. They are all so so kind, especially the two lovely ladies who normally work register/food hand-off. They remember my name and my go-to orders, and always take the time to ask me about my day with genuine interest, even if they are busy, and while still maintaining efficiency. 10/10 service experience every time !!“

“i haven’t gone to a panera bread in almost a year due to a bad experience, but i decided to check this one out on a rainy day and i will say— it was absolutely wonderful. clean, friendly staff, the food tasted fresh & really tasty. lots of cozy seating, with cozy fireplaces ablaze. received a nice discount i wasn’t aware of. i will return to this location!“

“I have to say, I’ve been to many Chinese restaurants over the years, but I’ve never been treated as well as I was today. The gentleman up front taking orders was incredibly kind—he kept bringing me little bites to enjoy while I waited for my food. We had a wonderful conversation about everything from DoorDash drivers stealing orders to all sorts of other topics.
To top it off, the food was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the curry chicken, and oh my goodness, it was incredible. I’m heading straight back there after work tonight to try something else—I can’t wait!“

“One of the nicest Paneras I've been to! It’s very quiet and peaceful. My friends and I look forward to meeting here to study every week. I love all the windows and the natural lighting. The servers are always so cheerful and kind. The menu is really personalized for the customers. I chose to get avocado toast on a different bread with an egg white, and they were totally fine with that. I would definitely recommend checking this place out to my friends.“

“Sadly disappointed. Have always loved Panera. Never had an issue before. Used app & only had 1 drink when picked up order. Could not get anyone's attention. They were all (3 or 4) standing on other end in prepping area chit chatting (a bit loudly). But I was visible at counter. And 1 guy walked past me more than once while I was standing at counter & would not make eye contact.“
