“Came here for lunch with my lovely girlfriend. We sat at a high top table which was very well put together. Our server was attentive and offered us the freshest water in the Dayton area. I had a burger and my girlfriend had the Italian sandwich. They were both fantastic. We enjoyed our meal with a side of fries...while not symmetrical...fresh cut, crispy and delicious. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back and try something else like the French dip which was unavailable due to someone over smoking the smoker and lighting it ablaze. Fortunately the smoker has been fixed and the brisket will be back soon! Also the hand colored beer signs are a nice touch!“

“We placed a curbside order at 555 pm which was supposed to be ready at 615. I got to the restaurant at 615 and called to let the restaurant know I was there and what parking spot I was in. The lady who answered my phone informed me they were running behind and it would be 20 or 30 minutes before my food was ready. When I inquired what was the problem I was told they have more customers in the restaurant than the wait staff or cooks can handle. She told me the manager was trying to get the numbers of and overwhelming the staff. I waited in my car and called back at 645. Funny thing is the first girl I talked to never told anyone I was waiting. At 652 I walked into the restaurant because no one brought my food out. I asked for the manger and a black guy with a bushy goatee. He refused to tell my how long my food had been ready after he walked over and looked at the computer screen. I asked again and he automatically said he was canceling my order. Again I asked how long it had been sitting there. At that point I informed him I would be contacting corporate. That’s when he told me he’d let his GM know and that if I didn’t leave he would call the police.“

“Five Guys is pretty consistent when it comes to the quality of their food. They're generally one of the better "fast food" franchises. I don't review chains very often, but a recent visit to this location left us impressed with how friendly the staff was, how clean the place was and of course, we loved the burgers & fries. It's a little pricey, but a treat in the world of cheeseburgers.“

“I went through the drive-thru this evening and when I got home my entire order was wrong. I spoke with a woman named Brandi and she was very understanding. I went back and they made everything over and I was on my way with the corrected food. She was very apologetic and extremely sincere. So shout out to Brandi for showing me customer service still exists.“

“Their food is great!! Sometimes the service is slow. The floors are very slippery!!! I sat in a chair and it slid into another chair. My friend started to get up and her chair slipped out from under her. This Freddy's is not the only one with this problem. Every Freddy's I have ever been to has this problem. I don't think it is a lack of cleanliness I think it is the material of the floor.“

“I ordered the 2 with a large drink. And pup cup I was asked to pull forward. They brought me my food no fry I went back in. The girl with all the peircings. Said. I asked u if everything was correct on the screen. Then she gave me a small regular fry
.I get back to the car there is nothing hardly in thr pup cup so I go to take it back in and say I am so sorry but could I please get the rest of the pup cup. Even the other employees were like why did u make it thay small a customer is at the back booth she said what is that suppose to be I side a pup cup the girl with thr piercing went over to the table. And I guess felt the need to start talking and say I guess u can't please everyone how unprofessional. And i was walking away so i didnt hear the rest of what was said.First of all. If I am paying for something I should get it. But to talk about another a customer like that..... it's just wow. ..
I'll be calling head quarters.... and of course. They didn't give me my aide of the cookie dough I ordered but I don't feel like going back in just to have someine talk more crap... next time I'll just go somewhere else. Not here agian“

The manager prioritizes reoccurring customers and it is clear that she creates a positive environment for her staff! “Every time I come in, they are short on servers. My friend and I came in for lunch on a Saturday, and there was only 1 server waiting , busing and serving tables, and 7 people were in line to be seated and only 1 section of the restaurant was in use besides the bar area. The wait time was 15-20 minutes, which was really 30 +. 2 people left, and 3 were seated and Finally, we were seated when another server came on duty. Service was good ,food was hot and delicious 😋 Hire more servers Applebee's!“

“For the past few years, I have always looked forward to the nights that I am able to get my favorite meal from my favorite restaurant. It is the best, and probably best in Springfield. “I had the sweetest surprise! I asked for onion rings at the drive-thru, and the kind lady🥹 not only gave them to me for free but also added some chicken fries! It was such a small gesture, but it made my day.
