“We had to wait a bit, but it was manageable. The starters were fantastic! We tried the ‘chorizo, chips & chorizo’ and ‘cheese curds’, and they were both surprisingly delicious. The flavors were unexpected, and the sauces were perfectly balanced.
Now, let’s talk about the main course - the burgers! Oh my goodness, these burgers were incredible! They were incredibly generous in size, and the one I ordered, The Duke, was so big that I had to cut it into smaller portions. It was still a bit much for me!
Overall, the food was exquisite and the service was amazing. I’m definitely planning to return here with a group of friends sometime soon.

“We placed a curbside order at 555 pm which was supposed to be ready at 615. I got to the restaurant at 615 and called to let the restaurant know I was there and what parking spot I was in. The lady who answered my phone informed me they were running behind and it would be 20 or 30 minutes before my food was ready. When I inquired what was the problem I was told they have more customers in the restaurant than the wait staff or cooks can handle. She told me the manager was trying to get the numbers of and overwhelming the staff. I waited in my car and called back at 645. Funny thing is the first girl I talked to never told anyone I was waiting. At 652 I walked into the restaurant because no one brought my food out. I asked for the manger and a black guy with a bushy goatee. He refused to tell my how long my food had been ready after he walked over and looked at the computer screen. I asked again and he automatically said he was canceling my order. Again I asked how long it had been sitting there. At that point I informed him I would be contacting corporate. That’s when he told me he’d let his GM know and that if I didn’t leave he would call the police.“

“My Father and I have been stopping by Rax for weeks now while in town visiting my Aunt at Vancrest. Our food is always on point, the fries are hot and fresh! Very friendly staff. Thank you for great food and service !!!“

“I enjoy five guys quite a bit. However, price can be a little bit steep at times. I went today because five guys is my feel good food. I'm having a rough day. I go to five guys but today was different in the restaurant and it was the cleanest restaurant I've been in in a very long time. The bathroom was immaculate and the customer service was excellent. I got my food at a timely manner and everything was hot and fresh. I will be returning soon. Thanks again five guys“

“We had our food within 15 minutes and Vanessa was super friendly when she handed our food and talked to our 18 month old boy! Kisha took our order and everything was perfect! Aston was the manger on duty and was fabulous!One of our favorites!!“

“Had a great experience here!! Jeff, the manager, is very knowledgeable about food allergies and takes it seriously. Our granddaughter has a severe wheat allergy and rarely gets to eat at restaurants. We ordered her a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. Jeff made sure gloves were changed on the line and that no contamination occurred. I can’t express how grateful we are that he took the time to care about her food allergies and made a 7 year old little girl very happy. So thank you!!“

“I went through the drive-thru this evening and when I got home my entire order was wrong. I spoke with a woman named Brandi and she was very understanding. I went back and they made everything over and I was on my way with the corrected food. She was very apologetic and extremely sincere. So shout out to Brandi for showing me customer service still exists.“

“Their food is great!! Sometimes the service is slow. The floors are very slippery!!! I sat in a chair and it slid into another chair. My friend started to get up and her chair slipped out from under her. This Freddy's is not the only one with this problem. Every Freddy's I have ever been to has this problem. I don't think it is a lack of cleanliness I think it is the material of the floor.“

“I had a small miscommunication with a food order and all of the ladies there were so kind and willing to help me! The manager prioritizes reoccurring customers and it is clear that she creates a positive environment for her staff! So thankful to still have a business that cares about their customers in Springfield!“
