I LOVE Dunkin’……..truly! But at times it is a hit and miss with the preparation of our drinks. Please, please, please……if I order my drink with Almond Milk, I really need it that way! It’s not a taste issue, it’s a digestive issue 😉 Please take extra care for people that order a drink that require substitution for “regular milk”. 🤞
Purchased an icelatte in the drive thru and half way thru my drink there was a receipt in my cup!!!
Today was my first visit. I was wearing the blue scrubs and the manager paid for a portion of my order and thanked me for my healthcare service. I cried as I pulled away. just wanted to say thank you! The world is a little scary for everyone right now and believe me your kindness went far today.

Customers love the brown sugar shaking espresso with cold foam and the awesome cold brew. The line moves quick, but sometimes staff can be snooty. Prices keep going up while portions stay the same, which is an ongoing issue. Once made correctly, the coffees are good, though orders are occasionally forgotten.
