“Unpopular opinion but I feel like Servatii's is overrated in some aspects. Love their pretzels but dislike the beer cheese. Their donuts are good but I believe they're a little overpriced. I love the box of little cookies with icing on them. The staff is always very nice and helpful.“

“Visited Graeter's Jungle Jim's location on Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH, back in October 2022. It's a very convenient outlet, since you don't have to drive around finding a branch anywhere else. There are plenty of branches of Greater's all around in Cincinnati, namely from Downtown, Montgomery, Colerain and even one at CVG or at the International Airport.

During my visit, I ordered two pints of the Mango flavor. It was something which I had even tried earlier. It's quite good, which leaves you with a real Mango flavor instead of seeming like being articificially colored and flavored.

It was pretty good customer service with the Sales Associate being very courteous and quick. The store was pretty spacious.

Graeter's also has cake selections, signature chocolates, signature coffee powders, besides lattes, etc. Greater's is renowned for its iconic brand, something indigenous to Ohio. It's gotten a bit more expensive, these days!“

They got 2 loading dock behind building. If you coming from West , take right on Simpson Ave, just behind food store , than take right shoulder for left turn to ( ull see sign on pole ) .if u got couple pallets they can bring pallet jack outside and u r not gonna need suffer while trying get into loading dock ).
They also got own trucks and small parking lot 300 feet ahead wich u can use for u turn“

Awful host but everybody else was great!

This was my first visit at Perkins.
Our server Leeli was amazing! Very attentive and lovely personality. Explained everything to us and was just warm and welcoming.
The food was amazing also! Everything was just delightful!

**Now the host, Jade/Sage (can't recall which), is a whole other story. Her attitude clearly does not align with what is required of someone who has to deal with the public, at any level! She was savage, completely unpleasant. And placed her phone in the menu, was on her phone the whole time; and her beenie pulled down over her ears to try to hide her earpiece! She is really bad! How can you have her as the first person your customers meet when they walk in? I don't get it 🤔
I even overhead her colleagues (the manager and another male colleague) trying to talk to her about her attitude and , SHE DOES NOT CARE!!“
